Lani nodded. "Yeah, there are lots of those people, huh?"

" They likely were the first people taken somewhere safe when this all started. "

" Yeah, they look funny. "

"They're lucky. Our first priority is just surviving while they're somewhere safe, sitting on their arses all day long."

Lani nodded in agreement. "They do, huh?"

" I think that they are just watching us suffer and smiling the entire time. "

" They sometimes fall on there faces. "

Io excitedly hurried forward. "Maybe we can make a permanent base or something."

" Yeah we could totally do that! We just need to go out for food sometimes. "

When the creature left, that's when she slid down the tree. Her pack was hanging off of her shoulder. She slowly crept towards the end of the woods. A crumbled town came into view. She slowly headed towards it, sill mistrustful of the situation. She was alone, her brother having disappeared before she sought refuge in the woods. She had no idea if he was alive, but he could be in the town, waiting for her. A crumbled building was in her view. She slowly crept towards it, cautious. There could be zombies or other enemies in it. She could barely make out the word 'Police'. So it was a police station. She slowly opened the door. She pulled out the knife she had, keeping it ready, facing away from her. She could easily take out a zombie with it.

Mrs. Heart had just been finishing up a meal, so the station was heavily scented with freshly cooked food.

"What if the rich people are behind all of this?" Alaska asked, wondering out loud. "What if somehow they're benefiting from this?"

Lani laughed. "So they're entertaining too, huh?"
