Puck saw how he had stressed her and immediately felt bad. "I'm sorry," he whispered. "I didn't mean it like that, I'm sure this will all be over soon."

" I-it's alright.. you were probably right anyway, I think it won't be ending anytime soon.. " She said with a soft sigh of worry.

"Yeah, but...you don't know that for sure," he pointed out, hugging her tightly.

" No one knows for sure... That is what scares me. " She said, cuddling into him slightly as she tried not to think about it.. She was afraid, that was for sure.. And incredibly frightened in general.

"Afraid of the unknown?" He asks. "Why do people always worry about what they can't see or know?" He muttered, mostly to himself. "I just don't get it."

" I don't usually fear what I don't know.. besides some questions are better left unanswered... My issue is not only do I not know anything that might happen in the future, but it isn't a normal life.. I mean there is literal creatures that were only in movies and in video games walking around.. and they are real. "

"Yeah. I'm sure at first, people were thrilled until they became one of them." She had a good point but he wasn't about to admit it. "You worry so much. Don't you ever try to sit back, relax, let go of your worries, even for just a second?"

" No, never.. " She said softly, " I can distract myself, but if I start worrying it takes a long time to stop worrying. " She said with a soft, slightly nervous chuckle. " I would rather worry then not, though.. Not worrying makes things worse. "

"How on earth does it make things worse?" He asked, incredulous

" If I didn't worry, I wouldn't care what happened to you, or my brother, or myself.. Or, maybe I would pretend the things that are happening aren't actually happening.. and, I'd be dead by now. "
