At least she didn't have to keep an eye on both twins .That would be a nightmare.

He smirked. "A few familiar faces. One probably friendly, the other probably wants us both dead."

"Fine." Lowell sheathed the sword, pushing past him with his wolf strength to open the door. "Then you are coming with me. We cannot remain here anyways. I need a healer and we need far better safety."
He set his eyes on the two others in the alley, breathing lightly through his nose to keep himself composed as he felt a low growl setting in.
He had half the mind to break out into a sprint, but he decided to toy with the two to see how they'd react. At least he already had a new hiding area in mind, but the night was wearing thin. If they intended to go anywhere, it was best to get it over and done with.

Nicore glance over "Oh hello. See you survived. Good for you. By he way, did you know that a lot of people want your head on a stick?"

"As expected. And next you'll say is that you intend to kill me yourself. That.. is why you tailed us, is it not?"
He folded his arms, squaring up the two.
"I like my head where it is. And that's where it is staying."

"Who said I'm taking off your head? I left my good daggers at home." Nicote shrugged. "Cant a body walk around town without someone thinking they want to kill them for once?"

He kept his ears peeled for any guards and gave the young man a bit of an amused smile.
"With my kind of luck, that sort of thing is not only commonplace, but often expected. There are many who want my head, both out of my occupation and my curse. If you do not intend to harm me, then you are in no danger around me. I am not being paid to kill you, after all."

"I think we're both in luck then." NIcote said. "Because if I kill you, I have to kill the other. And I don't particularly care to break my oaths of loyalty at the moment.'
