My inspiration for this was both the day of the dead and the Aztec deity of death: Mictlantecuhtli. I liked his simple colour palette and that's why its blue, yellow, red, white, and black. But I took the flower aspect from the holiday, cimpazuchil are an important part of the celebration. Both the diety and the holiday have a skeletal aesthetic. And both are very important parts of my culture I thought would be nice to share with the Sylestia community ^^

My inspiration was the Flame of the Black Flame Candle that raises the Sanderson Sisters from the dead. But as we all know that's just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! Right?

This is my pet mork in his demonic skeleton costume. The shackles are there because he broke free from the chains that were holding the demon captive and now he's free to wreak havoc on the world! Mwahahaha.... ha....ha...... *ahem* Right, sorry. We're just out for a walk to collect Halloween candy! Ha ha...ha.
