And here is the wonderful rp that we have pushed away far too long...

Astra was walking around somewhere, and being bothered by Almon who was pestering her with questions that had almost nothing to do with anything.
iNicote was also being trailed by Lishian. Who was trying to convince him into driving him over to a certain bookstore halfway across town. Which Nicote did not want to do in the least. Because he hated doing that kind of thing.
Almon was just about to pesture Astra with a series of would you rather when he spotted Lishian. "Yo, Lish." He called out.
"Hey." Lishian called, jogging ahead of Nic (who had to awkwardly half-run-half limp to keep up). "Sup?"
Nicote caught up after a few moments .Panting heavily. He was not a runner.
Almon laughed. "Nic, you really should not try out for track and field, or cross country for that matter. Or football, baseball, rugby, soccer, lacrosse, tennis"
Astra punched Almon in the shoulder.
"Ow." Almon said dramatically. "Tell me its not true."
Astra rolled her eyes. "The punch wasnt for whether it was true or not, it was just for being rude."
"The fact it has been, what, 2 years, since my little accident and you still do not seem to get that my brace is quite heavy and unhelpful in fast movement" Nic sighed. Living in France for several years meant that now he was trying to remember how English worked. Not that he was great or fluentOh well.
"Me understanding things, that would be sacrilegious." Almon said with a smirk. "Also I think it was a bit more than a little accident."
"Yeah, as I recall, it was a giant helicopter crash." Lishian said, without thinking. THen quickly slammed his mouth shut at Nicotes glaring at him. "Uh, so, whereyall headed? He quickly changed the subject." That crash was a touchy subject and Lishian knew it.
Astra raised an eyebrow. "Well I was just trying to walk away from Almon.."
"Which didnt work because I was going wherever she was going." Almon concluded.
Astra shrugged, "That wasnt the wording I was going to use but I suppose it works. What about you guys?"
"Im trying to get Nicote to drive me over to that new bookstore on 2nd street." Lishian grinned.
"And I am not taking you. You are already practically broke and have enough books in that room of yours as it is." Nicote told him.
Almon groaned. "Books, whats the purpose of books other than to make awesome forts, bridges, or mousetraps."
Astra nodded. "Im going to have to agree with Nic on that one, you have too many books for your own good."
"Newt has more." Lishian protested.
"Newt lives in the library." Nicote corrected. Major difference.
Astra laughed, "Thats true. He basically has read all of those books at least ten times."
"Hes the walking library now." Almon offered.
"That...i can agree with unfortunately." Nicote sighed. In agreement.
"See, im not that bad! Newts wrose! So can we please go to that bookstore?" Lishian asked. Nicote just rolled his eyes at the boy and gave a pleading look to Astra.
"Erm no?" Astra said. "Just because Newts worse doesnt mean you should try to be more like him. Besides Im pretty sure Nic would appreciate not having two walking libraries around. Maybe, she said her eyes twinkling with laughter, you should tell Almon about your wonderful books, he needs enlightenment."
"Hey wait," Almon said. "No, no, no, no, horrifying amounts of no. I did not sign up for that snooze fest"

"SUre!" LIshian launched into a very descriptive thing on city laws and differences between different cities.
NIcote eld Astra out of Lishian's ear-burning. "GOod one. THanks." He chuckled at poor Almon listening to one Lishian Allen releaseing a load of information.

(Yeah, I just went through them and manually added them because copy and paste...)
Astra grinned. "Almon needs it, although this subject is better than being lectured on the history of roads and road types."
Almon was not having a good time. No matter how much he tried to tune it out or ignore it, it did not work. "No more please." Almon pleaded.
Astra laughed. "For talking about differences of random cities, Lishian is having too much fun."

Darthy hopped out of the nearest tree. "What's this about roads and why are you interrupting my reconaissance? Also, has anyone seen Darya? That sister of mine is going to get hit by a car one day." He glanced at the nearest road as if Darya was hiding under a parked BMW.

"I mean he's been living with the Xandoris lately. Meinke's no brainiac and Mateo isn't this dedicated." NIcote shrugged. 'It's probably good for him, he'll get some of it out so he doesn't burst his brain."
Lishian didn't hear and kept on going. He had plans to go into lawyer-ing and this was part ofi t.

Almon turned toward Darthy. "Maybe you would like to hear the latest laws for being hit by a car?"
Astra raised an eyebrow. "Your reconnaissance? I don't think..you know what never mind."
