Hi. I was bored, so let's chat!
So, I'm using the term 'logic' very, very loosly. Here are a few examples to show you what I mean:

-Surviving lava (Mario)
-Breathing underwater (Mario)
-Surviving in space without a space suit (Too many games to list)
-Gravity in space. (Again, too many games to list)
-Surviving in space but drowning in water (Sonic)
-Squids drowning in water (Splatoon)
-Snowing underground (Undertale)
-Knights breaking almost every rule of chivalry (Legend of Zelda)
-Black holes in general (Why, why, why do video games not know how they work??)
-Trained martial artists and dragons cannot beat up a fairy. (Pokemon)
-The creator of the universe can be controlled by a ten-year-old. (Pokemon)


What are some of your favorite bits of game logic? Have any explanations?

Punching trees to break them (and a lot else) - Minecraft.

Seriously, just how strong does one need to be in order to do that with their bare hands?

Without losing health. And reaching that high too.

~Astronomons don't take visible damage to ANYTHING and can also somehow balance on the end of your airship (knuckles i'm looking at you) and jump around and STILL not fall off (Monster Super Leauge)

~Most video game characters don't need to eat Or drink. Or sleep. (EDxcept in Virtual Families, where your little famliy HAS to eat and sleep but doesn't have to use the bathroom unless they WANT too)

~Bathrooms. Enough said.

~Actually y'know what most video game character s don't start leaking blood or anything even after being roasted alive literally

~Sylestis and bosses and bandits don't seem to...um...Use the bathroom, die, or take visible wounds. And i triple burned a bandit once for yuks. He kept fighting happily.

~Mickey should've died 50x by now. And he did. But noooo. In the Nintendo 3ds game caatle of illusions Mickey would die and then just respawn in the "safe" area. WHHHHYYYYY. ANd all the bosses just kept living happily without first aid. After. I. Clearly. Killed. Them. And i swear i killed that shark but nooooo it's back

... You can fall asleep on a toilet in LoZ: Skyward Sword. There's another toilet in either OoT or Majora's Mask, don't remember which.

Okay, One time I had a boss bleeding in three places at once, and many other times before and after. Think of all of the blood it was loosing....

Bowser was hurled into lava mutipule times, I've shoved other bosses off cliffs that we're at least 50 feet deep...
And they just keep coming!!

Can we talk about Hanzos ankles?

You got to love those free-to-play games with microtransactions that make simple actions such as cleaning trash up take around 8+ hours in game when in real life you can complete the same action in even less time(unless you have the money to spend on the game's secondary currency).

The Sims Freeplay is one of the biggest offenders of this :/
