The massive eagle disregards the backpack and barrels into you. The last thing you remember before you black out is an overwhelming pressure course through your body.

When you awaken, the sun seems to be much brighter and the sounds of the animals, the water, and the trees have intensified, you can hear them clear and sharp.

What do you do?

Everything is eerily quiet until a large blur flies past you, darting to the opposite of the pond and into the trees once more. It seems to circle, all you can hear is your pounding heart and the occasional swish of feathered wings. Once more it darts just past you, seemingly trying to disorientate you.

What do you do?

He closes bhia eyes. If you cant see it, it cant mess with you.

With your eyes closed, you aren't aware until the bird takes one final lunge at you, ramming into your chest. You blackout and the last thing you can remember is an intense pressure coursing through your veins. When you awake, it seems brighter than before, your surroundings seem clearer, and you're able to focus in on specific details from a distance like never before. You can hear every little noise around you; birds in the trees, animals going about their day, even small burrowing creatures hiding just below the ground's surface. The sun seems lower but it's still mid-day, only a few clouds now spot the horizon.

What do you do?

Blink confused, then go see if there's any change in appearance using the lake as a irror. He also groans at the brightness-he hate the light.

Everything seems to be the same as before your blackout, only the position of the sun and the few clouds being the changes you can notice. But from wandering around, you do notice a small dirt path leading away from the water as well as an abnormally large tree to the other side of the pond, not far away.

What do you do?

He follows the path. WHat else can he do?

You follow the path, trees and undergrowth encroaching on the edges so it's hard to see too far ahead. But before long you can hear footsteps seeming to come from further down the path. They sound a fair distance away and human. Looking to the sides, the forest is thick and it would be easy to hide, or trip in the thick bushes and brambles.

What do you do?

Nicote thinks about goign in and hiding there but then realizes his leg, which is supported by a heavy metal brace ,would give him away as he can't bend it all the way. He tuks hi knife into his belt instead and keep his hand on that. Just in case.
