SOme tips:
1. Do not, i repeat, do not use town healers unless you want to be broke.
2. Do buy cheap high-level pets off the trade broker and set them on missions-there's a guide somewhere in the player guides forum.
3. Do use the player guides forum.
4. Do not capture and buy every pet you see. Most aren't worth what you think they are.

Hello and welcome to Sylestia! Be sure to look through the player made guides for some handle on this game, as the tips I can give you are limited thanks to A. Orca being faster than I and B. Me myself still being relatively new.
SO THE TIPS
Broker found unneeded items (EX: Fairy Mushrooms), the lil bit of gold will help you in the future
I know Orca said it, but the Plaza healer is a scam, at least 50% cheaper to just buy revival droughts and potions.
When you're on forums, make sure to ping whomever you're replying to so they know you're there (Blue @ button in the bottom right of the user's post)
Also your pets are adorbs :3 I don't have much but if you see something of mine you like, don't be afraid to ask me about it Just not giving up Crystal or her force-catch mate Auberon

If you need gold, grab a few high level cheap pets off advnanced search, use the mission guides to set them on missions, and reap the benefits. You can also keep drilling the first region-no traps in the chests there;)
Oh and you can get potions, gold, and equip from missions, and you really don't need anythign below rare or epic level after awhile, so seell in the sell area of the invent for more gold.
You can also sell pets but don't price too low cuz the Releasers release pets under 100g and some pets are worth a lot mroe then you'd think

Tips
. Make sure one of the pets in your main party is a Fire pet. Why? Of the six elements pets can be attuned to, that is the only one that allows them to target multiple opponents at the same time. It doesnt even have to be one of the pets you currently use. It can be a backup one if you want. But once you get to the Umbra Forest region, it comes in very handy, especially in the Faerinas Shrine area & everything that follows it, where you regularly face two to three different opponents in battles.
. Make sure one of your main party pets is a Light pet. The role those play in battle is a healer. Having one is very helpful, because it can essentially (partially) heal your other pet(s) as well as itself continuously during battles.
. By the time you get to the region I mentioned above, make sure all three of your pet slots are unlocked & filled. Its virtually impossible to get through the Shrine & the areas that follow it without having a full team of pets.
