I really like this damselfly species. For one thing, females, males, and juveniles are equally colorful. I didn't post pics of the actual insects because there are many subspecies of blue-tailed damselfly, each with a slightly different color scheme. Google them; they are worth a look.
Firefly-chasing Zolnixi
It's summer dusk, almost dark, and there are fireflies, glowworms, swallows (& mosquitoes!), bullbats and real bats zipping through the skies. Run downhill with your arms out, as fast as you can--maybe you will take off too!
Blue Jeans Qitari
