I am currently working on updates. Please do bare with me. I only have a few more to go. Anything that is posted after I am finished, I will include in the next update. With how short this challenge is due to how voting will be, I will try to update as often as possible.

There typically is 25. However, I think it also depends on the number of "characters" too. Because I have had to lower it down to 20, and it still cut most of your name off. So I dropped it even further down to 19 just to make sure your name is included when I do mass pings. The only down side is I have to 2 seperate mass pings now. It is ok, but I want to make sure everyone is in the know when I post important information for the D. C.U.
