"POKEMON" Challenge
(Please remember to PING the hosting Staff member your design post!!)

Deadline: Sunday June 28th, 2020 at 5pm CST. (Central)

If the title doesn't say it all, then please contact myself and or Celticnuru for an explanation. However for this challenge, you need to be quite creative. For this challenge you will be creating a pet only design based on one of the many different "Pokemon" out there. That's right! Design a pet only design based on a "Pokemon" of your choice. There are so many out there to choose from. Please try to be as creative as possible with this one folks and think outside the proverbial box so to speak. Don't go with anything too easy, and don't be afraid to make say a Lupora a Charizard or Onyx just as an example. Either way, put your thinking caps on and let's go catch 'em all!

Those whom have opted Out: Dragongem23, Beaubuddyz, Sootybean

~REQUIREMENTS~

1.) You may only use actual Pokemon, not the human characters in Pokemon. For reference here is a list of names of the different kinds of Pokemon.
2.) There is a limit of 5 Pokemon per designer.
3.) You can only use genes and 1 mutation of your choice. Please be sure to list them out for reference.
4.) Please also include a fact or two about your chosen pokemon per design. (ie...Water type, fire type...Etc...Maybe even what their power is or where they can be found.)

~RULES/GUIDELINES~
1.) All CORE group rules are in affect/effect.
2.) Do not haste to ask for help if needed.
3.) All must participate either by submission of design and or declaration of opt out. Please be sure if you opt out not to do so too many times or often in a row. And to contact Staff with your declaration.

~EXAMPLE~

Chosen Pokemon: Mega Gengar

To get a Mega Gengar you must first obtain Gengar, hold the mega ring, and have your Gengar hold their specific Mega Stone (Gengarite). Mega Gengar is a Ghost/Poison type. Shadow Ball is Mega Gengar's best move in most games.

G1: (FF) Fox
G2: (DD) Astral Wanderer's Glyphs
G3: (AA) Nebula
M1: (FF) Tempest Armor

Anytime!

Btw, do you know who's running the challenge next week? I won't be on at all so I'll need to opt out in advance.

First Pokemon: Feraligatr

Feraligatr was my first ever starter, and also the first Pokemon I levelled to level 100. Fun Fact: fire starter Typhlosion can learn thunder punch, so Feraligatr can be super effectively hit by both of the other starters, which is a bummer because it's super cool. Still one of my absolute favourite Pokemon though.
G2: (BB) Bearded Vulture
G3: (AA) Moon Runes
M2: (DD) Icicle Feathers

Second Pokemon: Goodra

Goodra is by far my favourite Pseudo Legendary (Pokemon with 3 stage evolution, 1 250 000 exp at level 100, and a base stat total of exactly 600). It's super cute, a super strong dragon-type Pokemon, and has one of my favourite (albeit annoying) methods of evolution: Levelling up when it's raining.
G1: (FF) Crested Lizard
G2: (II) Imperial Dragon
M3: (GG) Gooey Wings

Third Pokemon: Mega Banette

Mega Banette is one of my favourite ghost Pokemon (along with Mimikyu) and one of my favourite Mega Pokemon (along with Mega Sceptile). By giving a Banette a Banettite stone, you can Mega Evolve it mid-battle from a mildly scary doll (Banette) to an even scarier doll (Mega Banette). It's a very simple design, and I love it a lot.
G1: (BB) Marbled
G2: (EE) Demonstalker's Mantra

Forth Pokemon: Leafeon

Out of all the Eeveelutions, Leafeon owns my heart. It's super adorable, with a wonderful design, and is perfect addition to the team if I haven't chosen that generation's grass starter. Although all the eeveelutions are good in certain situations (Sylveon is a very good fairy type and can also learn a couple of ghost type moves which can be very useful), Leafeon is by far my favourite design-wise.
G1: (PP) Victorian Drape
G2: (BB) Tri-Color
G3: (CC) Flower
M3: (BB) Fluffy Ears

Fifth Pokemon: Delibird

As you can probably tell, I like a lot of Pokemon based more on their designs then their strength in battle. Delibird is a perfect example of this. A cute, Santa-themed bird who only learns two moves naturally. One of these is Drill Peck, which is learned if you can muster the courage to level Delibird up to level 25 without any other aides such as HM/TM moves or Exp Shares. The other, is Present. This move can only be learned by Delibird, and has an 80% chance of dealing either 40, 80, or 120 damage, and a 20% chance to heal the opponent. If you're into risking the chance of healing for the damage, then its a great move, otherwise, it really isn't the best. Does that change the fact I love Delibird? No, its still an adorable Pokemon, and you can still teach it moves other than present, so I still love it.
G1: (AA) Zebra Finch
G2: (CC) Bee Eater
M3: (FF) Petal Crest

-- Typhlosion --

From what I can find online this pokemon has the special power to hide itself behind a shade of shimmering heat, much like a mirage I would imagine!

--

-- Ponyta --

The Galarian pokemon pony was sneakpeacked in the add for the nintendo game in 2019! I am unsure if it was ever released due to not knowing much about pokemon

--

-- Dragapult --

This pokemon is a ghost pokemon, and is prehistoric - the dino equivalent of a pokemon!

--

-- Jynx --

Jynx is a human-type pokemon and can work with ice as a power!

--

-- Obstagoon --

These are another revealed pokemon type , same as the galarian! It is said they are fierce competitors and very strong.
