Yes! Definite YES!
Love when the runes have more colours instead of being primarily white with just a hint of colour glow.

I think it would be great to replace the old ones with these they look lovely. I love the almost glowing look they have.

I think its a huge improvement :) except maybe that the Genes Lucky Runes and Life Lines are lighter than the others (dont know if its just because you used other colors) but i think they should be darker like the others.
Also Gene: Steampunk Lightning seems a little blurry? in comparison to the 'normal'/original one.

Definite yes!
Although my Pharaoh Puffs look like an utter mess now, the Windchaser is way too dark... But in the longrun I can see this as being a major improvement!
Maybe give players a chance to change their G3-related colors for current Puffs?

Hm. I'd have to see if that'd be easily feasible. I'll try and take a look into that.

This seems like an improvement but now you can hardly tell some of my pets have the arcanic runes gene,as the colours now blend in.
