Titles are usually around festivals, I believe I got kind-hearted from stuffing stockings in the winter festival (though I may be wrong).

EDIT: Looked it up it was actually from giving out a personal item in the trick or treating during the fall festival.

The Festival of Love, starting ~February 10th. Might not be big enough for any titles, though; there's also the fact that the MZ is coming out roughly the same time. You can also get some titles from beating certain challenges in the storyline.
