I'm thinking of doing this! Now It has turned into an almost campfire story sort of thing so say I started and the basis of the story was fantasy, or mystery. I might write for example:

The girl walked along the streets. She whistled quietly and had her eyes closed. The wind blew past her down the streets and seemed to whistle with her. She took a deep breath and sighed. This was her life.... The life she had chosen.... The end of my part!

Then so the next person would continue with maybe:

I had chosen to sacrifice the humanity within me. To save another. I had to. Or else.... I would lose him. I would lose him in the worst way so I had to...... And so on so forth.

Rules:
1. Grammar is a huge problem I want it to be good. A few spelling errors are fine
2. Blood, Gore and Romance has to be kept down on the low and not over done
3. The names will probably be decided by the person who wants to. We will all maybe create characters along the way to join it.

Players/Writers:

-Me (Sapphirethewolf9339)
-Harleyc
-Griffinlokison
-Dragongem23
-Dragonjammer31

Order for reference:
-Me-
-Harleyc-
-Griffinlokison-
-Dragongem23-
-Dragonjammer31-
-Repeat-

Anyone interested in writing for fun as almost a little game? There is no guarantee there is going to be a prize but this also might be a little bit of fun where I add a little challenge of more paragraphs! I know for sure that Harleyc is an AMAZING writer (Your responses are like a short story) XD I haven't seen Sslover write in general except for roleplay and others I pinged are just for a fun addition.

I don't know if I would call my writing phenomenal or anything, I just prefer to role-play from my character's perspective so completely that the other players can interact with him/her/it in whatever fashion they choose so we can all play our very best.

But I think it would be fun provided we have a few items to help set the play. We might make some very interesting stories, after all, this is how Mary Shelley's Frankenstein novel came into existence.

What if together with others we kinda do a think where we set down a stand point and characters then we kind of take turns with our characters and have interactions and such like that? I'm not sure... Never really done this..... Open to ideas

Are you planning a short story competition, or kind of like a campfire story, where one person starts a story for a period of time or paragraphs and then it passes onto the next person to add the next group of entries?

It might be fun to see what could happen if we do a campfire story almost.

Okay,

Choose a date you wish to start so others may choose to join in or not, then on that day begin the story and be sure to let us know what the genre and subject are to be? Just make sure where you end has loose ends for the next teller to take and weave into the story .
