Everyone I would like to suggest an idea for you all to occupy your time and help you realize your emotions. Each day I suggest you could perhaps try to design a Sylestia based around your emotions that day and a little journal entry explaining them! If your feeling down other members can more easily know if they need to reach out~



Mood: Sleepy, but relaxed

Today i'm at my grandma's which always brings around a sleepy but relaxed feelings. I had a good sleep last night for once, I listened to this YouTube which really helped me relax and sleep well. I'm still sleepy because I woke up recently and to be fair, i'm almost always sleepy
