I've worked out that it's just the lunar garb that isn't regenable and I think floral garland works the best to replace it:

For the name, would Lunar Heart be good? I like to give one word of the name to each sylesti, so the male would be lunar and the female would be heart.
If you approve, I'm ready to regen a pair. I can give you as many offspring as you want for free, and I've got another regen lune for you since the reward for a design I use is a regenerable pair and I only gave you a female before :)
