Mutation 1 -- Essence of Jellyfish
The glow of the jellyfish will also be the color of the Mutation it is on--because we don't want the glow to be eye color and have a pink jellyfish glowing brown, for example ._.
Also "Essence of Jellyfish" for Kelpari, Mutation 3

Actually, it shows up fine for me as well. Although, some deviantart links have broke for me for some reason so I'm guessing those links are not working for a group of people. Maybe try puush'ing or uploading to imgur?

I am unclear on this rule--
"6. You may only submit ONE official entry for each species on the list. If you wish to submit more then you can send me a PM with drawings of your trait idea. However all PMed entries that are sent to me will not count for prizes."
This reads as though a player may submit either a Gene or a Mutation for a species, but not both a Gene and a Mutation for the same species--at least, not if the player wants both entries to count. Therefore, if a player submits (for example) a Zolnixi Gene, the same player can't submit a Zolnixi Mutation and have both of them count as entries.
I think this is different from previous contests, where for each species on the "Needs Traits" list, a player could submit 1 Gene and 1 Mutation.
Can anyone clarify this?

Ok well here's a vul one for Mutation Two.
I'm not sure if it is too much to be considered one single mutation... but here it is!
So It's like they have three little shark-ish fins on their backs, triangular fins on their... elbows/ankles?? (knees???idk) On the front legs, there this little horn spike thing on the very top of the leg that curves downwards slightly. Scales are visible protruding from under the fur on the back. There are also scales on the Vul's forehead extending to the cheeks and base of the ears.
