I turn towards echo and star, "I am trying for door 2" she grapples with the handle for awhile until...

Star chose to hold onto the little draeyl, seeming like it was a bit more of a threat than the fox, it's scales and claws seemed a bit threatening. She shooed off the nixi and held onto the dragon. She looked at the door, seeing a small golden necklace, she gulped. "We could all might as well die here, but I'm going to take my chances." She said, and tried to open the door and resulted with it...

I glanced around and spotted the hollowed tree. I then heard the sound of stream. Oh dear this was one tough choice! Did I want to check out the hollow or head to the stream? I sighed and looked at Marsandin to see what she would do. I wondered if we had to seperate or stay together. I sighed

"Marsandin, I am going to go for that hollowed tree. You can choose to follow me or go on ahead to that stream."

With that I set a path for that hollowed tree while clutching onto my balloon

"Well, I don't any other way out, so I'm following you guys." Echo said as she followed the other two over to the door..

I was relived the forest was bright it meant things would have a bit harder time hiding and ambushing us. I would really rather go to the stream, but I hated being alone. I wished one of my sylesties was with me. I followed
Innocentwings to the hollow tree, staying a few feet back. Scanning the area ahead and looking behind me. Was it just me, or was this truly a bad idea?

The nest in the tree held a eggling! It seemed on the cold side though making it seem like the parents hadn't been around for a time. Maybe it would be best to take it and keep it warm since it was abandoned. The sound of the stream was still clearly close by and nothing seemed to change. At least until a angry looking Aurleon attacks Marsandin, seeming to be trying to get into her pockets like it smelled something.


The door slams shut and locks behind each as they enter forcing them to use their keys which promptly disappeared after use much like the cabin. Along one wall was three chests while in the opposite wall was a doorway with bright sunshine streaming through. Was it as simple as getting a chest and leaving or was there a trap here?

Star stared at the treasure chests, and then back at the bright sunshine on the other side of the room. Figuring things out, she slowly said. "I'll poke my sword near the chests and see if there's any traps near them. We should also plan ahead, so be prepared if there's a trap in the treasure chests as well."

Star proceeded to poke near the treasure chests with her sword, trying to not drop her weapon with care.

I spotted the egg and was about to grab it when I spotted the angry Aurleon attacking Marsandin. I began to curse to myself and wonder what to do. I quickly grabbed the egg and craddled it close to my chest.

"Marsandin I think that Aurleon wants something in your pockets.....Better give it up?" I spoke as I backed away, frightened for both my and the egg's sake.

I then realized something. With one hand I yanked my backpack off and tossed it toward the tree where Aurleon was.

I look at echo and star who had followed me in here. "I want a chest but.. But what if it is a trap!?" I would around the clearing trying to decide what to do. The second of the three chests looked shimmery in the light from the exit. I walked to the chest lightly tapping it with my finger when...

"Eek!" Innocentwings was right the sylesti clearly wanted something, other wise I'd probably be bleeding to death. I quickly emptied my pockets, there wasn't to much there but I left the things on the ground started backing up slowly.
