"Hmm maybe we should go and explore the valley now," I said looking the dragon Cerberus had accidentally summoned. "These books aren't getting us anywhere, and besides if these books summon more sylesti that aren't so friendly then we could be in some real trouble."

@Zeo, + @Cerberus,
@Starfall2466, + @Innocentwings,
@99echosong99, + @Jjabbyjj,
@Roeseta, + @Katherineac,

Most of the stuff Katherineac found was made up nonsense but a few things clicked together. The hollow hills of the Fae, supposed to be filled with wonders and dangers like not seen in the normal world. Sounded about like where they were now.

The book Roseta was holding ended up bursting into flames and burning her hands a bit before she dropped it. Prehaps reading aloud by anyone wasn't such a great idea unless they knew what they were reading.

Jjabbyjj ended up uncovering a hidden door that led underground. But to where underground? Would it be safe?

Outside there was a lake next to the cabin that was the only way farther into the valley. The pairs would have to find a way to cross if they wanted to go home. Behind the cabin was a large, lush garden where sylesti or something else might be and over to one side there was a out of place door in the cliff that surrounded the valley.

I look over at roe and tell her "We should see if there's anything for those burns. We should also head around back and see if we can find something that will help us get across that lake." I help Roe get up carefully avoiding the burns on her hands. To the right of the library I notice a bathroom. Surprisingly it has a first aid kit. "Hmm this may come in handy later on. First lets get some cream on those burns." After applying some cream we head around back to see what we can find that will help us escape the valley. "I certainly hope the odds are in our favor."

"Do you think it's safe down there?" Echo asked in slight worry, turning so that she faced JJ. "It might be a good thing if we went down, but then again it could end horrible bad."

Star sighed, and only seemed to frown now that she couldn't eat any other books. She'd rather be paired up with Jabby! She only looked at the chains of which imprisoned her and Innocent together. "Let's go into the water." She said stiffly before heading into the water, feet first.

She only walked slowly, bored to gut.

I giggle at Star's boredom. I look up and take note that it's somewhat hot out. I giggle loudly. I look at the water.

"Star? I hope the water's cold!" I call before taking a running start into the water and diving once I was a good foot or two ahead. The chain connecting us together should have dragged Star unexpectedly into water by now. I go underwater briefly before surfacing with a loud laugh

"AHHH THAT'S REFRESHING!" I shout in delight. I look at Star
"Let's cross the lake!" I call to her and begins to swim.

I gentle tugs at the chain dragging Cerberus over to the window over looking the lake. "Do you think that dragon you summoned can help us cut down some tree to build a raft?" I asked her.

@LunarStorm,
Gently tugging Zeo along, Cerberus decided to go towards the luscious garden. Mostly in search of fruit or veggies to curve her hunger, but mostly because there could be some sort of lead or a boat that could be used.

Roe made a noise of pain as the book burned her. She had absolutely no luck with the books. As her partner put some cream on her hands her pain was re-leaved. She said, " We should probably grab some food and a container for it so wild sylesties don't smell it." She pulled kat to the kitchen grabbed food and containers. "There is a large possibility that the lake is poison. we should throw different materials in ad see." she picked up a dead rat under the sink to test if it would burn flesh. "We should take some sort of boat or raft. Also, check for any weapons or anything we could use for a weapon or possibly need."
