The drawing is pretty decent IMO, not to mention you are really good at word art (most artists have notoriously bad handwriting hence my message being on the post not the card)

well, I didn't create the fonts myself;
I just copied the text I've created in Adobe Photoshop, as well as the arrows. ;w;
...also copied the Vuls.
I thought that printing stuff is some kind of cheating?.. (not accusing of "cheating" anyone here! I mean, for me - and in my works only - it'd be like this) so decided to copy :D

My philosophy is that even if it is copied, if there was effort put into the art and you don't try to claim you created it yourself (give credit where credit is due), its totally fine!

It's lame and cheese-y but it's Valentine's Day, so embrace it!

Heart cut out of scrapbooking paper, and using the silhouette skills I learned from a kit to produce a zolnixi pair. (Not-so-lone foxes!)


And the finished rustic, romantic, old-fashioned looking valentine!

Based on my starter pet, Xaoc, and the random sylvorpa that it tossed at me to catch to be her mate, Marlu. Not that they were this cute when they met.

Base sketch

Colored the first Ryori with pastels and pencils

Colored the second one, and then added the Valentine lace on both

Colored the background

Cut out the Ryos and attached them to the card

Colored the hearts and lined the words

Finished with the inside!


Sketched the outside of the card

Cut out the Ryori and colored the words. Then using plastic, I added glitter!

I'm planning on adding a little more to the outside of the card, but I may not get around to it before the fest ends...

This is my first time taking "progress pictures" of my art, so sorry if the progression seems... off.





Based off the texting word "Luv", which was a shortened version of "Love" for people who didn't feel like typing an extra letter or were too busy to. It worked well for this though!

Very happy with the outcome.
