It is a zone inside of the Astryl's Vale region.
We limited this content to the third region mainly because of technical reasons. The third region functions and is coded a lot differently than the first two regions.
But also, we want to start promoting players to finish up the storyline as they will have to have completed the storyline to enter the MegaZone when that is released. So on top of the technical reasons, it's also a bit of an incentive to unlock and begin working on the third region's story.

thank you! for a while now, all that 'faerina's shrine' can give me are vorkids, vorkids and more vorkids. there's the occasional lupora and faelora but it's mostly vorkids...
is there a specific level to reach to pass 'faerina's shrine'?

Oh no... Lovely Mutators? Gah, there are so many themed pets to introduce new traits!
My soul is both hyper excited and severely crushed.
...my goodness, this is going to be a toughy choosing.. Too many projects, not enough stable space. (and maybe time (and money))

Since the start of the Week of Love, we've made a few changes to Cupid's Guardians.
First, we have noticeably reduced their difficulty. They should have a bit less Health, take more damage, and deal less damage.
Second, they should now be easier to find. There is now a counter for each player that keeps track of how long it's been (battle wise, not time wise), since your last encounter. The higher this counter, the easier it will be to encounter one. Once you encounter one, the counter is reset and starts over.
Side note: This counter is reset if you log out. It is information not stored in the database as that'd require a lot more work.
This should help curb those long droughts of bad luck where you can't find any. =)
