"Oh ok that's good and thanks there was an accident we
got seperated. That's the result" Kairo said sadly his tail
drooping.

In a forest near the cave, Luke, Lila, and Tina (who was carrying Joey) padded along the muddy ground, rain soaking their fur.
"When will this blasted rain stop?! I hate having soaked fur! It's so heavy!" Luke growled. Lila, a corrupt Absol, glared at the war-beaten Mightyena.
"You grumble about every little thing! Complaining won't stop the rain!" she said. Joey laid limply in Tina's fluffy arms. As an Espurr, he was always a bit far out.
"Arguing won't solve anything you know." Tina said. Tina was an overly fat Bewear who hated when people argued. "Do you want a hug?" she asked, opening her arms wide, and accidentally dropping Joey. Surprisingly enough, Joey seemed not to notice. He just laid there limply like before.
"No!" the other two yelled. Tina scooped up Joey and they resumed their trek through the forest.

Hummer nodded. "Wait, 'we'? there are others?"

Nettle continued his note taking as thunder rumbled outside. He looked up from the tome and remembered when he and Wave used to run through Storm Valley on days like this. Maybe it would be nice to go out in the rain for a bit. he closed the heavy book, nodded to some Pokemon passing by, and left the town.

"We'd better find some shelter. To much rain will be bad for Joey. He'll catch a cold!" Lila said, looking hastily at the Restraint pokemon, who was staring off into space.
A memory of the last time Joey had a cold, surfaced in Luke's mind. He didn't want the furniture on the ceiling again.
"Good idea." he said gruffly. The group padded towards a cave in the cliff.

Nettle spread his wings and flew up into a tree. He proceeded to glide from branch to branch on silent wings. The voices and the padding of feet soon reached his sensitive ears. He flew in that direction to investigate.

"Yes there were my mate Lanie, Bright and Selisa. I had hoped they were here that they got out." He said softly. "They mean the world to me even Bright even when he is being a pain in the tail"

Lanie looked up listening voices out here in this weather can't be she thought. Peering out curious she twitched here watching and waiting.

Hummer folded her wings over her back. "I hope you find them soon. Maybe they'll show up on one of the explorations. Who knows?" She said encouragingly. "The Guildmaster's down the hall,"

Nettle landed in a small clearing. He could hear a gentle breathing close by.

"I hope so" he said nodding in thanks. Making his way down the hall he found himself at a door. Drawing in a deep breath he knocked.


With a thump something landed near to where Lanie lay baring her teeth she shrunk back curling deeper into the cave

Wave looked up. "Come on in,"

Nettle put his head on a full swivel. "Who's out there?" he said
