Night Ice stays in the passageway for some time, thinking about the strange Morkko. She had left without any second thoughts, but didn't seem to know who Night Ice was...Finally, she turns again to head deeper into the twisting passages, mind troubled. Who was that Morkko? How did she find me? What are the water angels? She still felt watched, but knew that it was just her mind playing tricks on her. "Tomorrow, perhaps I will travel down to the swamps...I haven't gone in some time now, and I can gather some herbs on the way....Yes, I'll do that." Just as she made up her mind, the entrance to her small cave came into view, Night Ice suddenly realize how tired she was. Without stopping to eat, she lay down in bed and close her eyes.

fairya quickly scrambled some leafs she wouldn't get to the island today that was sure the bed was not perfect but it was ok and she quickly fell asleep

Night Ice woke to the soft breeze coming through the passage and into her home. She heaved herself out of bed, looking around the cave of ice for a moment. Then she walked over to the ice platform that stuck out of the wall, serving as some sort of shelf. Quickly downing some winterberries and water, she then gathered some food and herbs for the trip she was to take. It would only take about four days to get to the swamps and back, and she could find food and drink on the way, so she didn't take much. She set off through the long narrow passage out of her home. When she made it out, she was blinded by the sun overhead. Odd, she thought to herself, usually it's dark and cloudy this time of day. She then continued through the snow blanketed mountains and valleys of ice.

fairya proceeded to have a nightmare about her father moog "dad its been so long since i saw you tha... wait a minute dad!" she yelled at the sight of her father moog tried to get her to follow but all she could do was stand still wait she was floating away from moog "daddy!" she yelled as he disappeared she woke with a start she cried as she thought of her dad

Snap headed to his den and he growled at the crud mud that was stickier than usual. It clung to his paws no matter how hard he tried he couldn't get it out

As she trudged though the fresh snow, the sun shone bright overhead, though the chill of the morning remained persistent. Still unsure of why she meant to travel to the swamps, Night Ice thought of the strange bear that had come to her cave. No bears should be as far north as that. And she smelled of ocean water...clearly very far from her home...but why? She continued thinking to herself, looking up every now and then to ensure she was taking the right path to avoid any unpleasant encounters, as she knew it was very likely in these mountains. Many creatures other than Morkkos roamed the lands, and though few lived in the northern mountains, those who did were usually dangerous and unfriendly. She continued through the valleys and over hills throughout the morning.

fairya went back home to her island to rest

Snap laid down in his now mud den and grumbled about the mud
