Personality:Always led by the fear she will go insane
Backstory: she never wanted to lead... but there were no heirs
Killforms: A dark green seawing named shade pool and an nightwing named dust
Powers: can jump between kill-forms, but animus touched to whenever that happens, the screams of the dragon will scream until she becomes a shadewing again.
Kin: Queen, king, obviously. But not much else
Relationships: hates anyone who hurts the dragons of her kingdom, and is soft to her kingdom and hers only. Though most others in kingdoms think she is an dangerous killer, she really isn't; though this is expected as she is fond of toxins

is the flashing fast and quick or prolounged

It's generally very fast-acting once its symptoms are visible, which could take up to three weeks. It seems to go fastest when the moons are full, so it's hard to judge progression without knowing how the moons turn.
So, from catching the Flashing to first symptoms - up to 3 weeks
First symptoms to wreaking havoc on dragon - about 5 days
First symptoms to death - a week is the longest recorded time.
