HarleyC had finished stuffing gifts under the tree and scooping out spumoni for everyone; even bowls for the Sylesties to enjoy sampling if they wished. He helped himself to a dipper of egg nogg, then added a pinch of nutmeg and pumpkin spice and used a cinnamon stick to stir it all together. He made his way over to Sapphire and Hawkeye, expecting that Charzard would eventually come to join them.

"I trust you two haven't brought any mistletoe?" HarleyC asked them with a smile.


Mermydon

The prince primped and preened with the princess, keeping her a side available always. He managed to coax her and the other kelparie to follow him out the back to launch a surprise snow attack on his entourage that had been harassing the morkko, Dhuka.


They had the element of surprise with the dryness in the air; not enough vapor to transmit on the lateral line system. Several of the entourage was playing and diving about the snow excitedly. All except the dark one, who was pacing about the fence line.

With any luck they'll all be having so much fun, that the others would come out of the stable to join them.

Deidriels arrival was late as always, though it had been delayed more than anticipated due to the mages sudden change of heard relating to her wardrobe. Deciding that blue and white was far more appropriate for winter than her previous black and gold, she tapped her staff twice on the ground and instantly shifted colors.
Satisfied with her appearance and choosing to ignore the incredulous look Raka was giving her, Deidriel finally stepped into the stables with her small entourage of sylesti.

Greetings old friends. she said in a gentle low voice that despite its volume was clearly audible above all the other chatter in the room. Glad to see we havent missed out on all of the festivities. she continued while casually holding out her right arm as Mist silently swooped into the stables behind her, landing on her outstretched arm without seeming to bear all to much weight on he limb despite being the size of a rather large swan.


Rigel quietly padded away from Deidriel's side and lay down next to the hearth as it the stable were her own home, while Flicker continued to falsely assume that she was impossible to see in the shadows.

Raka simply remained standing near Deidriel while all the time glancing about the room as if trying to determine whether it was appropriate to engage with the other partygoers just yet.
