There are currently some issues going on with our server causing site-wide connection issues starting at about 2pm server time.

We are actively trying to resolve them and there may be continued issues throughout the night - although things are 'stable' at the moment.

The trouble began during our investigation of the intermittent 503 errors that players were randomly receiving.

At some point, our Host made a change to a config setting sometime around 2pm server time. This change, I believe, caused something to get corrupted or deleted - I'm not really sure. However, it caused our server to be unable to handle any connection to the server. This is when the site was completely disconnected and wouldn't load for a few hours.

We eventually got the Site functional again by reinstalling the affected service. However, now it is not configured correctly and our Host is unable to get the server to read the configuration properly. Their attempts have resulted in more issues.

As such, they have escalated the issue to the software developers to investigate which usually can take a few hours.

So in the meantime, Sylestia should stay functional, but it will probably be a bit laggy and slow like before our recent upgrades.

There may be some additional issues when the software developers investigate as they troubleshoot and try and fix everything - but hopefully nothing too major.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get this cleaned up soon.

Huh... Very odd... Surprisingly I have not sighted ONE problem this whole time... So I am surprised to hear that there are more issues with the server.......
