the idea is that you can place a link to your summer fest pet designs here and other people can gif positif feed back. becaus we are going to stay nice here^^ of cours if a design don't realy work in your mind you can say so but bring it nicely and if posibel suggest a way to chance it^^ and if you love a design be sure to tell :P becaus there are plenty of people being insicure about there designs

for exemple i have made this Thuridilla Picta Nytekrie (and i'm still not surten if i like it) becaus the colors are triky they look realy lovely on the sea slug i used for inspiration but it's realy dificult to make the colors work on the pet. (my own selucion for this problem at this moment would be to find myself something els to base my nyt on :P )

Awww this is so nice Alice! Thank you for making this post and for the compliment. There are seriously way too many good designs for me to include into one post. So I just commented on the ones that caught my attention the most/strongest.

Alice, I really love the colors you chose for your Summer Beach Lighira, but your Nytekrie and Luffs are lovely eye catchers too. What I love about your Lighira is the atmosphere they gave me. Even without the design name, I automatically felt at peace and relaxed, and kind of regret not taking a vacation from work and school. xD

Your Luffs use such beautiful shades of blue and purple, but they still have contrast that allows others to see them. Despite its presence breaking through the blue and purple, the yellow is not overwhelming. Rather, it supports why this creature is so beautiful in nature and why the color scheme works in general.

I love how bold the colors are on the Nytekrie. For a seemingly noble avian species, the bolder the colors are, the better the bird looks. Despite black being used for the runes, the color choice does not overwhelm nor overcompensate. Rather, it creates interesting shadows upon the rest of the colors while still managing to keep the design's bright outlook. Then again, I might be biased towards bright and bold colors, but these contrasts complement and support each other very well.

Speaking of other entries, I really love the colors on Somneli's Seashore Sylvorpas: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=38608&page=5. The colors, while saturated, complement each other very nicely. The light blue and green make very nice additions to the look while still remaining relevant to the whole beach look. The saturation of both colors was the perfect touch and subtle enough to still create a very realistic portrayal of the seashore.

Noblesix's Summer Firefly Vulynx is another nicely colored design: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=38608&page=3. I am reminded of catching the little lighters in jars with my cousins during our younger days. And the blue gives a subtle yet distinguishing reminder of when to find the enlightened buggers (hehe puns are fun :P). I tried changing the brown to dark blue and even black to see if either of those were more suitable, and the brown surprisingly works better. To me, the brown reminds me of the treebark that fireflies either fly by or land on during the night. Whatever Nobelsix's reason may be, the brown was a very good choice.

On the same page, I love Bumblebreeze's Fire Eel Faelore and Junco's Terra Cotta Luffox designs. The contrasts between light and dark on the Fae is just very pleasing to me. They also remind me of the sun starting to rise up through the night sky. But the look still remains fierce just like the creature they were designed after.

Junco's design is the first that I've seen out of all the entries posted thus far. I've seen the actual Terra Cotta soldiers in China, and they were quite a sight to behold. The colors remind me of the very same clay (and possibly paint) used to create such wonders. I am a little confused at the green runes. Was green paint ever used? Then again, I am only referencing what I know for the Terra Cotta Warriors, so I could be overlooking other magnificent Terra Cotta sculptures. Nevertheless, I have warmed up to a very heated clayture if you know what I mean. (Ok I seriously need to stop making so many jokes on a very serious post. >.>)

I ran out of ideas, but I wanted to make an entry for all eligible species. I am curious at other thoughts regarding these last 4, and/or if I should do another design all together.

There are a lot of really nice designs. The ones that jumped out at me were:
Noblesix (pg3) - Summer Firefly Vulnyx. I'm rather partial to sparkle runes and this design really makes that trait pop.
Junco (pg3) - Cicada Nytekrie and Terra Cotta Luffox
Savynn (pg4) - Ocean Mystery Kelpari. I'm kind of hoping this doesn't get chosen because I'll end up spending way too much money buying them from those lucky enough to catch them. :-P
Xavion (pg4) - Blackberry Morkko
Imperium (pg5) - Moonlit Luffox
Elimini (pg9) - Firedancer Auleon

There were a lot of nice Vorpa designs, but all of the ones I checked had different colors for fairy wings and fairy crown. I guess I'll have to branch out and lose the crown. :-)
