The chest doesn't work.. because he hasn't added that part yet xD all you can do is walk around at the moment. As for the small text... that's on your end, not sylestia's.

We really like this new addition, Krin! This is what we hope for in exploration games. It's beautiful!
I've a question for the other players testing out the demo zone. Currently I'm on my computer at work and I haven't a chance to try it out on the laptop or computer at home.
Have any of you noticed lagging of their character's movement? I'm only wondering if it is because it is a demo or if it is my computer, that is why I'm asking.

For some reason, nothing I do wants to work on the demo... My char doesn't move, the buttons for inventory and so forth do nothing

The only thing that should be happening at this point is the ability to move your character. All other buttons are in the interface, but don't have any functions right now. ._. not sure about why you can't move though, did you try both using the arrow buttons on the interface as well as your wasd or arrow keys on your keyboard?

The demo zone is okay, but it's like so many other games out there. I liked classic play much better, perhaps there will be an option to play either style?
Also, are we not supposed to be able to open the chests we find in the demo zone? Or, are there even battles in that zone at all at this point? Otherwise, the graphics are good, it reminds me of old school Gameboy adventure games.

When I first started walking around, the white page was loading a split second before the blue interface each step. This caused a flickering effect every time I took a step. That I really didn't like, but it stopped after a while. Is there any way to keep that from happening?

yay I just realized you made it so the pet sprite flips around! No more awkwardly dragging our pets around lol
