Looks promising, but no buttons other than the directional ones work for me.

Just to reiterate, you can only move around atm.

So the only buttons that do anything are the 4 directional buttons. You can't interact with anything, battle, or anything else at this point.


For moving diagonally, that would be more work than it's worth. We would then also have to add 4 more buttons in a cramped area and I don't even know what would be keybinds for that stuff. It also could produce some complications if I put barriers in and you can just move diagonally past them. So I'm going to have to say no to that.


For the screen flickering each time, that will probably be resolved as I continue to polish the window and its actions.


And lastly, for those who can't move. A few have reported it. I'm not sure what's causing it though. If the directional button you're trying to move in is greyed out, that means there's a wall in front of you. If it isn't, then it's a bug and I don't have a solution for it at this time.


Oh, and one more thing, having the Demo Zone and a regular Zone open at the same time will break one or the other. If you want to switch to a different Zone to explore you must load its page first - otherwise the Server thinks you're still in the previous Zone. So in short, before you explore a zone you must load its page if it was not the last explore page you loaded.

Yay it look awesome
I tested it and noticed you cant move around the edge of the map. I bumps you strait into the next zone. There are some places you cant get to because of this.

That's just how it appears. It's built that way as to not interfere with how events and stuff will work.

You're moving to the correct tile, there's just some overlap and padding.

I have to admit, I was skeptical; but I love it! I can't wait to see this all develop. I wonder what the plants are for? Potion ingredients maybe? And the little water pumps? And what will be in the treasure? So much to be excited about.

Right now, it reminds me very much of the original Legend of Zelda.
I keep expecting Jinxie to pop up, hand me my Sylestie, and say:
