Hi everyone, my birthday was yesterday and i want to do a giveaway. However, with the upcoming fest and finals and such, i really don't have time to plan out a huge giveaway so this may be rather unorganized. xD

Thanks for pinging me! :D To get started, I'll put 1 of my free tickets on the offspring of the peacock Aurleon and the other on the Gingerbread Nyke. :D How long do we have to do the story? ^_^

Be ready for a storm of writing. I really want a prize, so it'll beca lot.

When will she open her eyes? a soft voice growled, and I flinched. The voice was filled with an emotion Id never heard before, an emotion that made your lip curl and your fur tingle. Hate. Cmon, runt. Open your eyes so we can ditch you already! Claws prodded at my eyelids, and my paws flashed out.
Lets just leave her now. Shell be able to care for herself when she opens em, said another voice. This voice was deeper, and belonged to a male. Paws thundered away from me, and light started flooding my eyes.
I blinked my eyes open, and gasped in delight. Everything was so new. I padded around in awe, occasionally pawing at a few things. Wow, I gasped, and looked up. A loud beating echoed in the clearing, and I looked towards a large, glowing sphere in the sky.
A large dragon-like creatue filled her eyes as it set down, its wings wrapped tightly around something at its chest. A larger, identical, Nyvene set the female down, and settled on the ground himself.
He sniffed the air, and turned his snout to me. He growled, smoke curling up from his nostril. I was fairly large, almost full-grown. I was still a pup, though. I had fallen asleep the night before, and my pack had carried me to an unfamiliar clearing.
Who are you? the Nyvene snorted furiously, the smoke from his nostrils making my eyes water. I looked up at him in fear, and the leaves rustled behind me. A male Zolnixi exploded into the clearing, a smaller pup running in fear behind him.
Run! he screamed, and collapsed in exhaustion. His eyes rolled pack into his head, showing only the whites of the spherical orbs. The pup rushed to his side, and started eagerly licking him.
I stepped up to the two males, and dipped my head in respect. Why are you here? I asked politely as the larger of the two sat up. His chest heaved with every breath, and his gaze flitted around as if something was going to kill him.
My name is Shaman, and this is my son, Fox. My mate, well, former mate, is very angry. We ate our dinner without her, and now shes trying to kill us. Who are the Nyvene? Shaman panted softly as the female Nyvene set down three small hatchlings.
Fox barked happily, wagging his tail in delight. He rushed forward to meet the young Nyvene, and they danced around him happily. With Fox distreacted, I stepped up to the parent Nyvene.
Who are you, and why are you here? I asked, the constant breeze that tugged at my fur picking up momentum. The magical rings that made an Infinity symbol around me - my name-sake - started to have a white-ish hue to them.
My name is Crackle, the female Nyvene said politely, and smiled. My grumpy mate here is Spark. Meet our children. The male is Kindle, the dark female is Ash, and the blue one - which looks like my mother - is Smoke, she added quickly.
Pardon me being rude. You heard Shamans story, my name is Infinity. I used to be part of a pack of wild Zolnixies, but not anymore. they ditched me in this clearing, and Ive been here ever since. Well, that was this morning about three minutes before you came, I added quickly as Crackle flashed me a glance of sympathy.
How nice of you, Spark growled angrily, clawing at the ground with his feet. Crackle swatted him over the head with her wing, and Spark cowered over at the edge of the clearing.
Youre more than welcome to stay in this clearing. It seems like our hatchlings are happy to have somebody to play with that isnt each other, Crackle smiled, and offered.
We accept your kindness. Fox seems to be happy to have somebody to play with it at all. He has no siblings, so he was usually bored, Shaman said, dipping his head in respect. I smiled as Fox was tackled by three eager Nyvene hatchlings.
Now, I live with five Nyvene, a mate, - Shaman - and a pup - Fox. It may seem weird that Nyvene live with their normal prey, but it really isnt once you see it happen.
