Uhm so....haven't seen anyone try Steampunk? SO here's a go.

I was thinking the goggles could be the 'head' accessory and the fox (with the classy tophat) could be the carried. The outfits themselves would come with all the bells and whistles (straps, belts, shoulder armor, shoes, etc).

Either way, I had fun. So enjoy!

Oh, and here's an idea for a background, though after scanning my sketch, I got a little carried away--

Okay so here is mine,I drew it all with colored pencils and then my scanner for once made my picture super dark. I call it the Delphinium fairy:

Made it! I wanted to do some more details and a third held, but ran out of time. My monthlies are inspired mostly by rubies, fire, and the sun.

The outfit is supposed to be open and airy so that during the hot months you wouldn't overheat. I tried and failed to do anything see-through for this, but I imagined the pants to be somewhat see through. I guess everything else is self explanatory, except maybe the addition of the crab.

Cancer is the zodiac sign for most of July, and Cancer's symbol is a crab. I intended to make a "fire-crab" but couldn't figure out a good way to do so.

I imagined the back with the ruby suns, the floating ruby crown, as well as the ruby wings to have glow to go with them, but I was unable to execute that as well.

Here is my entry :D! It's a Templar/Paladin type theme. Sorry it's messy, last week of exams so I have been busy :P I have made a couple of slight variations.

Here is the whole set with the shield being held. Really its position could be anywhere you wanted.

I also tried to make a warhorse back/wings item : | But due to time I stupidly made it to small for behind and its proportions are out :( But I figured I'd post it anyhow XD It at least gives an idea of what I meant :P The horse can be flipped either side. Oh and its missing legs lol....

Been busy with too many hours of mandatory overtime at work, so wasn't able to do other helds or back item @-@

Swan lake themed. The held is a pet swan, the outfit is supposed to be a frill tutu with a swan wrapped around it xD Like...being hugged by a swan.

Back item could be a pond or river reeds, but didnt have time to draw them. And swan wings, or even a large swan fr the back XD
