With the breeding ground update coming soon and the the swap to a breeding market, a lot of themed pets belonging to inactive users are going to be lost from the available breeding pool, and many of their traits will disapear with them.

This thread isn't meant to save every trait, that's not feasible. But if there are traits anyone wants preserved that they can't acess themselves, this is the place.

So let people know which themes and traits you want to make sure are still available, and help with other people's requests where you can.


How to Help:
- agreeing to list pets on the new breeding market
- listing different genders for breeding now
- breeding with a current listing to sell or list the offspring


For example, I would love access to a Thunderbird aurleon with M2 Ornate Armor. There are currently no sale listings, and two male breeding listings, both owned by inactive players. I don't have a female of the theme, so can't take advantage of the current listings to get a purebred with the trait (I've bred some females, but by the time they're adults it might be too late).

Someone with a female that has the trait could help me by listing it so I can breed my male with it. Anyone with a female that doesn't have the trait could breed on offpsring that does with the current listings and sell the offspring, or list it on the new market later. Or someone else who owns a male with the trait could agree to put a listing up after the update so it's available long term.

- Wood Duck aurleon M3 Hawk Crest
- Wild Wendigo morkko G1 Mystical Markings
- Winter Night Vulnyx G3 Sparkle Runes
(can you tell I had a panic about how many possible projects were going to become tricky)

Buying offspring with the traits is my prefered way to get the traits I'm after, and I'm happy to cover breeding fees plus a little extra to buy eggs or hatchlings with them (including the breeding fee of multiple attempts if it takes a few tried to get a carried or hidden trait from a public listing).

And I'm happy to make any of the themes I own available for this. I was planning on going through them properly for public listings after the update.

Looks like there is a sparkle runes from an active player up for breeding. I also have a girl with it carried that I can set up for breeding once the new grounds goes in. I can also throw ice crown on her if there ends up being none set up for breeding since I like that trait on them.

Thanks! Pretty much all the traits on my list are ones where I designed a project, but don't have the gender I need of the theme to grab the trait. The winter night vuls were the worst by far, so the help is very appreciated on that one.

I know the Spirit Realm aeri with rainbow stripes will be set back up once the new breeding grounds goes in, so don't need to worry about that one.

I bred my Wild Wendigo Mork. I'll let you know if the offspring got the g1 or not.

There are a couple of active people who have sleigh horse qits with unicorn horn, so that shouldn't be too difficult to get after the breeding grounds goes live.

I'm mostly focusing on trying to get as many traits of the original patriotic pets since those are no longer attainable. I'm also breeding a bunch of the original (CE) qits. I'm happy to help out with other themes if I can. I'll be setting up more pets for breeding once the new grounds go in.

All themed lupora traits in my possession will be set up for breeding after the breeding grounds update. I don't have everything, but I do have multiple themes completed, and I'm working on mutating or disrupting incomplete themes to cover as much as I can.
