Victor was scared as heck now. *oh my god it is gonna kill each and every one of us slowly and it will be painful* He said as he backed away from the door. He snapped out of it but stayed a little bit away from the door, he was truly afraid but he knew he would have to get over it soon, very soon. So without another thought he got close to the door again and stayed silent.

After a couple of minutes, the scratching stopped.

He glanced over to Maveric then back to the door then out the window. The sun was rising, he looked back to the door and sighed with relief, hopefully with the rising sun the creatures would slowly move away from the door and the small group would be able to leave and head to the city.

Maveric waited until he was absolutely sure that everything was gone, then cracked open the door. By then, Lani was up. "Alright, everything seems to be okay...let's start going." Maveric exited the room

Victor followed but stood behind Lani, acting as a guard or her as if something snuck up on them he would be attacked and not here. As they entered the living room, he noticed the Zombies moved into the kitchen. He calmed down and looked to the area where the door once was, outside looked pretty clear.

(Quick question- what season is it? Is there like an approx date you can give us of when we are right now?

"Barry, I heard something next door" April called out quietly to Barry, who was in a different room, investigating something.

"Human? Or...?" Barry asked cautiously.

"I'm not sure... let's find out" April said, grabbing a small item off the floor of the room she was in, opening the window and chucking it against the side of the building next door. "Now we wait to see if someone comes by the windows" April said, proud of her plan.

"Clever girl, I've taught you well" Barry said proudly, patting her on the shoulder as he sat down with her. "Y'know, this house has some clothes, maybe some of it is in your size, and no offense, but" Barry motioned to her filthy clothes, caked with grime, dirt, and blood from their travels.

(Spring or summer is my best guess.)

Maveric snuck to the hole in the wall, stepping over debris. He heard someone smashing a window, but ignored it. Lani was right behind him, shuddering. She wasn't cold, everything was just now hitting her. She had survived this long, keeping all feeling away, but now somehow they had found a way in. She swallowed hard, and her eyes stung. She refused to cry, though. Too late for that stuff. She cleared her throat and blinked rapidly, keeping the tears at bay. She was glad nobody could see her struggling. They would probably think it was stupid.

(She didn't smash the window, just threw something at a house from a window)

Victor gently placed his hand against Lani's shoulder, giving her a comforting pat on the back before he turned to the window curiously and wandered over. He looked but saw nothing before rejoining the group and exiting the house. He took in a deep breath, happy he survived the night. He looked around at the damaged town and now let out a sigh. " Man this place looks so bad now.. "
