Your green thunder sylvorpa was pretty good overall! Though when I hear green thunder I would imagine something more dramatic and bright. I made C1 lime green and made the greens brighter and more yellow to show electricity. Also, I felt the naga helm looked a little strange so I changed it to spooky fog.

Made one more change. The naga armor also felt a little weird so I tried leafy sea dragon fins, same color.

The armor and helm felt like you were trying to hide the thunder, not showing it off.
