There are plenty around that won't already be claimed." Hollowtrees are trees that are easy to make a small space inside. Many creatures claim them as homes, as inside they are sheltered and warm. They are also easily defendable. You'd just need to find the tell-tale signs of a Hollowtree: purplish-black leaves that often poke above the canopy of the other trees. But as it gets darker, it will be difficult to tell the leaves from the others in the gloom.

I tell Skywhisper to fly lower and keep an eye out for any Hollowtrees.

It feels solid when you tap it, definitely a trait of a Stonewood tree. It is dry and smooth... it has to be what she says it is. And there is no mistaking Amberthread.
