David stepped outside, and noticed a young lynx limping down the road. David couldn't help but check on it. People, he can do without. But, if he sees an animal in distress, he can't do anything but help them. That's what he did with this lynx. He ran to it, and scooped it up, carrying it back into the base, before locking the door behind himself. He looked it over, and found a deep bite in its left foreleg, which had starting to heal, so it wasn't fresh.. He checked it for any sign of infection, such as dilated pupils and missing patches of fur. It had none of these symptoms. He gave it some food and water, and carried it to his room, before splinting its leg as best he could.
(Let's say felines are immune to the infection.)

"It was injured, so I couldn't just leave it. The only bite mark is a couple days old, and it isn't showing any evidence of infection," David explained, picking the lynx up and turning it over to find out its gender. it was female.
(This is the only ****** (cat) David will want, or get.)

" He suggested, Roger and himself mostly shared there food, mostly because Victor was too scared of Zombie dogs to go down into the K-9 unit alone.
