What are the mechanics? What does it look like specifically? Kuro is looking for a way to disable it.

It seem to be bolt in place, the metal restrains look to thick for an human to remove it without the help of a machine. You vaguely remember that Seven was able to shut down the cameras of the green house erlier, it was aparently somthing they could all do to some extent.
