"I guess I have an advantage?" Amethyst joked then said. "He's my brother I know him better than anyone I hope. Most likely he will run right now if someone is coming towards him because you can tell he doesn't really trust us that much so we have to be careful. If he sees anyone he will run but who knows which way."

Mermydon and Aleria charged forward but heading their schoolteam down to the seafloor. As Kanakwella dipped to follow them Mermydon and Aleria took a covering position by letting Kanakwella swim below them, they held the coverage as they headed to the bottom, nosing Kanakwella directly towards the kelp bed. Already the other team saw they were going to come up from beneath Yal to catch him by surprise from underneath and the only way to get away was into the open air.

~Here they come, keep zone screening until she is in the kelp, then go stallion-to-stallion on coverage.~ There plan was pretty obvious so it was a good bet that Akega would try and do some kind of cutoff strategy. The kelp would do most of keeping him off Kanakwella, so when the time came Mermydon chose to go one on one with Amethyst and let Aleria use her femininity and unicorn allure to distract Raka a little more often. Even if it didn't he might see Mermydon's actions as a distraction too.

Yal backed up slightly. He didn't like how everyone was look at him. Were they going to kill him? Was he in danger? Should he run?

Aleria let out a hint of a laugh at the expresion on Yal's face. She rushed towards the kelp bed on Mermydon's command trying to play this confusing game without messing her oun team up.

Raka shot into action, he watched as Amethyst and Akega chased after the other team towards a veritable forest of kelp. They wouldn't be of much good in there. Raka went wide swimming as always with his wings more than his tail moving them in a way that caused little drag upon opening. He fanned them out completely horizontal then brought the outside edge down in an arc and subsequently closed them flat to his side essentially using his wings as bellows. The rest of his fins were dedicated solely for maneuvering. He brought himself around the far end of the patch of kelp and moved to cut off the others.

Amethyst resisted doing anything rash but she kind of made a plan of where she knew Yal would run. He would run upstream and the current was fast but she knew Yal would have no trouble at all. She could tell because of how he moved almost silently.

Yal saw them approaching and tensed himself to swim away when they got close. He then swam quickly up stream and out of sight except for those who might chase after him. He proved fast and agile. He felt like getting out but he knew he didn't need to nor did he really need any air. He hoped he wouldn't be followed. Soon he was out into the meadow where they had fought the water sprites yet he didn't know.

Already everyone seemed to be having fun, and it was all very surprising! Akega had actually tried to outswim Kanakwella and beat her to the kelp bed. That was rather foolish of him as Alearia and he were more than able to fan cover and shoulder in to keep him from driving through. As he swam over them to try and get a better dive angle on his sister, Mermydon and Aleria simply raised their flaps and let Kanakwella swim right under their torsos, between their forelimbs. Akega's speed was going to force him to do a wide arc beneath the two of them and they two dipped to delay him further. With Raka and Amethyst making no attempt to move towards 'the prey' Mermydon and Aleria didn't have to cut loose to go stallion-to-stallion protection. And so could shield Kanakwella from the rear flanks until the brought Akega to the seafloor. ~Kanakwella, stir up the seafloor after you get into the kelp. Raka is expecting to greet you on the other side of the bed. Amethyst is chasing the tag and might be planning to start the fence.~ He projected to her and Aleria, though Akega was close enough to catch the signal. He had an idea that he thought would be funny and entertaining for Raka. But it was going to depend upon what Akega and company did for their next move. He had lost track of Meara and Yal, and for the moment it was a welcome respite, though he somehow knew that not knowing where the two of them were was going to come back to bite him.

((OOC: Hope there will be a couple more posting.))

Meara~ female~ Kelpairi

Honestly had no one noticed?! Snorting she turned back to the water and dove in swimming quickly to the lake floor. Sea weed she needed sea weed! Grabbing a mouthful she shot back up to the surface. There she chewed the sea weed to a fine pulp spitting out the water as she did. The paste was put onto the wound soaking up the blood as it was. That would help the bleeding at least though she needed to find something to cover it with. Lambs ear! That plants leaves were soft and helped catch blood. Dragging her body across the ground she made her way to the woods gathering all the leaves she could find. Once she was back she fastened then together using a small bone she had found and a few strands of hair. It was difficult with no paws but she had worked many a time with this sort of stuff. The now blanket like structure was placed over the males wound before being tired on with a few lengths ove vines. Of course it wasn't tied on as greatly as a pawed animal could do but it worked for the time being. Yawning from the effort and her present experience she laid beside the new comer too not only keep him warm but to prevent him from standing and hurting himself further.

Amethyst swam towards Yal as fast as she could. She could feel the effort in her muscles. She knew Yal was built differently for tight spaces and long streams. She tried to call out but he didn't turn around. She could sense his fear. She looked behind her and knew she had to get to him first. The stream was only wide enough for two kelpari if they were lucky.

Yal continued to swim only to run out of the water and gain more ground than he had in water but he stopped and ran back into the water in fear of something. Suddenly a mare emerges from the shadows. She was covered in grit and grime. Mud splattered her sides. It was her but Yal was too afraid to notice. The mare dove in after Yal. "All you want to do is kill me!" Yal screamed but the mare looked into his eyes. He calmed down and Amethyst smiled. The mare hugged Yal calmly and they suddenly were inseparable. The mare jutted in front of Yal. She reared up ready to attack Amethyst if it came to it.

"Leave him alone!" The mare said and glared at Amethyst. "You have no right to touch him!" Amethyst backed up in shock. The mare was taller than most and almost as strong as Yal but wasn't. She stopped rearing but was ready to attack. Amethyst backed farther away from the mare. Her eyes wide with shock.

"Amethyst just go I don't need to be treated like a pet. I can be on my own come on." Yal said. "We don't need to stay here........." Yal looked at the mare pleadingly.

"Wait Yal why don't we stay just for a bit?" The mare said. "So we can explore more before we settle down. Come on it won't be that bad. Grey Blood is gone if you're here. Remember Yal...... you don't have just me. By the way my name is Uryi. Nice to meet you Amethyst. And Yal stop being so antsy." The mare smiled and laughed. Amethyst was so shocked how kind the mare, Uryi, had become to her. She wanted to run but she didn't want to lose the game either but she couldn't win now with Uryi in front of Yal.
