August tilted his head. "I think we should wait for the others before we carry on. But to avoid going insane, I actually have a few stratagies."

"Alright alright I'll wait," Scarlet lies down, "but do tell us please what you're grand plan is."

August shifted his weight idly. "I wouldn't call it grand, per say. Just what I've been doing to distract myself lately, and it might help us again now. Are you all into puzzles?"

Scarlet sighs, "All right bring on whatever puzzles and mind games you got."

"I think so. I'm not quite sure." Hunter says, listening raptly to August.

Jay settled and gave August a curious look. He liked puzzles very much and considered himself clever. Plus, it felt nice to relax after all the running around, even if he still worried about the others. "Please, do tell us a puzzle. I suppose this is better than trying to backtrack ourselves and getting more lost in the meantime. At least we'll all keep together this way."

Gemini giggled as well, sidling up almost too close for personal comfort to August's side. She was fond of him and hoped that this wouldn't cause problems later. "I can tell stories as well if you like!"

"I'm afraid that would take too long," Mrs. Mouse mused before finally touching her hand to the 'wall' she sensed. It fluttered under her touch, almost as if flexing, considering letting her through. Maybe there was a way? "I want to follow it. See if it goes all the way around or if maybe there's a door, just as invisible as the wall. It seems like there should be a way through."

August shifted away from Genisis ever so slightly, just to have some breathing space. "Alright, let's start with a simple one. Say you live in a one story house, made entirely of redwood. What color would the stairs be?" He asked.

"There would be no stairs since the house is one story," Scarlet quickly answers being familiar with the riddle as she looks at the small group, "What other riddles do you know Agustus?"
Scarlet walks a circle where she stood before sitting down to listen to the riddle.

August chuckled. "Of course you would get it first." He noticed. "Alright... are you okay with murder mystery riddles?" He asked before going on.

Scarlet's ears angel toward Agustust her mind processing, "Yes I am and the others should be fine. Please go on you have my attetion."
