Amara Gasped upon seeing the Lake bed, just as she thought there was a great deal of kelp that patched the soft underwater soil. she focused and began to attempt to move the kelp, but with her orb suppressed it proved too difficult. She took a deep breath and let the Glowing runes appear on her pelt slowly as she maneuver the underwater vegetation with more ease, she felt that sudden rush of confidence again but held it back as she need ed to stay in complete control of the situation.

She maneuvered the kelp as if it was an extension of her own paws and grasped Morkko by the rear leg quickly entangling him in a wen of the aquatic plant. She knew she could only hod him for a small amount of time, but hoped it would buy them some time to inflict whatever damage they could. She cried out to the others in case they could hear her muffled words through the waters surface " I cant hold him Long but do what you can.." she didn't sound like the scared little vixen with the fruit basket anymore...

"You won't have to." He spoke aloud, though her ears wouldn'tbe able to understand him underwater. His speech was so much faster in the water.

The morkko was held fast to the lake bed, and the thrashing was telling Mermydon what he needed to know. He just had to keep this Morkko down a little longer and the water sprites would be feasting on it's greasy flesh. He would have to risk it all for all of the kelparie to get away. Swiftly getting clear of the morkko, Mermydon slapped his tail like a cracking whip beneath the water, the spines causing paper cuts in the morkko's flesh. Then he would quickly swim about 120 degrees around and do it again. Several times he slashed a paper cut to cause small seeps of blood to attract the vile sprites. Then after several of these and getting batted about by the creature, the force of his blows minimized to the extreme by the water. Mermydon focused his light and focused it into his pearl helm. Driving directly at the morkko, he unleashed the concentrated light creating a shining pearl like unicorn's horn that stretched out the length of his body growing through the morkko. The emanating light shone into the darkest recesses of the morkko's heart and Mermydon twisted his head violently to shatter the pearl, impaling the morkko necromancer into the lake bed.

Responding quickly he rushed into Yal and told Amethyst "Get Raka out of the lake, now.". As Yal struggled against Mermydon he entangled himself in the kelp armor. Then the prince bolted directly towards Amara, a small school of water sprites materializing out of the detritus on the lake bed to follow the blood trail to the morkko's nearly lifeless corpse. He was not going to have to grab Amara being just in the water to her ankles, so he hoped he would slide clear of her as he forced himself onto land..

There he was, leaning against his mate's flank and fading fast.

Without explaining himself to anyone he swam straight up to Raka and maneuvered around him so as to pull him away from Amethyst. Coiling his own body around that of the dying kelpari and began to pour all his power into him. Raka's wounds healed, his energy replenished and, his essence fused with that of the spirit cloaked in a bright blue light.

The light faded,
Raka opened his eyes...

(Lost again...)

Dhuka~female~morkko

A morkko? Like her? And a necromancer! With a growl she dove into the water though the white flash beside her destracted her from he job. It was Smit, swimming out before her. He dove under the water to aid his fellows. Great! She would be of no help save for linking with the nixi, using a magic spell to keep him from drowning. With that she shut her eyes finding his mind. The spell caused her fur to glow a bright yellow along with her eyes.

Smit~male~Zolnixi

A fight! Wonderful! Without thinking he dove into the water and towards the danger passing Dhuka as he did. She touched his mind then giving him the strength to go on. He would have to thank her later for that. There was a mess of kelp and hooves as he wears his way down towards the depth. Amara! She was trapped! This was his chance! Paddling as fast as he could he made his towards her. With snapping jaws he freed her from the kelp before turning to help the Kelpairi fight back the water monsters.

Meara~female~Kelpairi

She had been in the water at the time of the fight yet she still did nothing to help! What was wrong with her?! She could heal the injured if she must but still she felt useless:

((OOC: I am still on the shore....just really close to the water))

Amara was beginning to grow weary and her runes soon fadded away as Mermydon pierced the Morkko into the lake bed. She had over done it again, but not as bad as last time she just needed to rest. She sat down as to not lose her balance, but only managed to fall on her side. She sighed too lazy and tiered to get up now. Though her ears rotated towards a great splash from the lake. She assumed it was her comrades emerging from the depths of the lake, but even if it was danger she was in no shape to hide, or fight back.

So much light energy was spent against the Necromancer that Mermydon was little better than Amara or Raka, thankfully a little sunlight and a good rest would be exactly what he needed. He watched how Amethyst fawned over Raka as he gently placed her little brother down beside her. He envied a little of what they had and hoped that one day Kanakwella might think on him that way. That was a fanciful dream he couldn't entirely trust so long as she was under Heroine's paw. The wretched Yal was writhing in anguish before them. He turned his back to the sun and allowed its rays to warm his mane and the waters begin to glow softly, he hoped he could recover and still help this poor wretched soul stretched out before him. He looked at Amethyst and told her true. "I will try to help your brother. If there is any spark of life left in him, there is still hope. If he is neither living or dead, then I will only be able to end his misery."

He gently jabbed his soft beams into the darkened creature he lay before Amethyst and Raka. Yes, it was hurting the wretched creature, and He didn't know if Amethyst would understand that he had to slay the darkness and do his best to heal him almost as much as he harmed the creature. But each blast built up his mana and he hoped he could encapsulate Yal within a Fairy Bubble and convert every ounce of darkness into healing light. No guarantees though, he was going to need help from a real healer, and he hoped she would be just in the nick of time like she was last time.

Heroine flew into the water trying to resist screaming for help she took out her talismans and put an air bubble on her muzzle to be able to breath "do you need any help down here?" She said as her fur turned black the fire or lava was hgardening allowing her fur to be hard as stone or stronger like obsidian

Kanakwella dove under the water following heroine hoping to find mermydon which they did but there was another kelpari with them

Akega was happy to see his big sister though was confused what was happening that he felt like shouting it out to the world
