Noticing I'm to need more food soon I try not to worry too much knowing if I need food badly enough I would help Crimson hunt.

"'Ots frosst," the Wyvern coughs. You take that to be 'lot's of frost'. He shimmies closer to the fire as if to exaggerate this, curling his long tail round the you, Balthur and the fire so it touches his muzzle. It just reminds you how big he actually is. It's a good thing he's not interested in eating the two of you.

At this stage, you would probably hinder Crimson's hunting more than help it, but likely she'd be more than happy to share some of her food with you if you needed it. It's a good lesson though: you should always make sure you have everything you'll need for a journey.

Many people and carts filter in and out, each checked by the royal guards.

I go towards the gate, hoping there isn't too much foot traffic.
