I was scared that he was gonna bite my face off, but when he didn't I was a bit confused. I sat up. "Why did you do that?" I asked. I presumed he just wanted to scare me, but I still wanted to know.

He shuckle " We both know why, sweet treat...'' Strangely he seemed to have little to no interest to killing you, it woudn't stop him from torturing you if he wanted too however.

"Oh." I say. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stick around any longer, but it might be too early to try to leave. "So, how was it like when you first came here? If you don't mind me asking."

He shuckle " Bloody, it took weaks for them to cleen of the remains of those who lock us in here. Now they seem to have run out of worker to send us and start sending people like you. The only good news for you is that we don't kill on sight anymore.''

"....Oh." I say. 'But why keep sending people to the numbers if they knew they would probably die? I guess it was to try to keep the bond 'between humanity and the numbers' ' I thought to myself.

He shake his head " We don't know, my guess is that they try to figure out what we are and how to make us artificialy. They hope that getting humans to befriend us will be enough to make 'Ten' happen but it wont."

The voice sight in anoyance." She is basicly like a small young of your speacie, would you walk toward them and ask how to kill them?" The voice didn't seam to have a source at all, as if it was directly in both of your ears in the same time. " If you want to know, go in your room and sleep, it's a bit hard to explain who i am to humans so just call me Zee."

I nod, "thank you Zee." I say. I decide to take the advice and head back to my room to sleep.

You somhow feel leave you when you finish talking. Outside of the fact that all the doors leading to the hall of the sleeping area were still locked there was no changements around. The pass you had on you was acting as a key allowing you to unlock the doors as they were only there to prevent the Numbers to come in uninvited.
