~ Design Contest Winners ~
Good morning everyone! I hope you all have had a FANTASTIC morning! This has been a successful week, and I'm so happy to see this carnival flourishing. I genuinely cannot thank you all enough for all of the support and donations you provide me! It's so helpful and in the end I'm so happy to hand it all back out. The next Design Contest is already up since I've decided to hold onto this Carnival until the 21st, even if the Winter Festival is up and running. Enough of my nonsense, here are the winners of the Winter Carnival's second Design Contest. . .
~ 1st ~ Holycheesemonkeys Angel Topper Nephini
I feel in love with this design pretty much the moment I saw it. It is absolutely STUNNING!!! It doesn't attack you with bright colours, yet it draws you in with each blended detail. The dark apple red that you used to top their wings and add as decoration within the snowflakes really ties this entire thing together. Not only that, but the yellows that you choose here are among my favourite colours. Congratulations and fantastic job!

~ 2nd ~ Fastnatalie1 Twilight Skies Nephini
I think I just have a newfound appreciation for Nephini's. I just love how colours look on them! This design reminds me strongly of my Avi outfit ( which I am in love with ) and it brings it own sense of beauty. I love the muted blues and they're effect on the light yellow beneath the lace. I appreciate that use of the leaf wings as well as the dark coloured snowflakes. Congratulations and amazing job!

Shadowhunter0913 Candy Cane Zolnixi
Even though this design is one of the most common design ideas that you could see out there, I still appreciate what you've done with your entry. The Zolnixi looks well balanced between the red and white. I also enjoy the simplicity to the whole design. Over all, it is really making me want some candy canes to show up at my house. Congratulations and awesome job!
