Not one of these individuals were of the same race though all held the grace and nobility befitting their position on the council. "So it has been done then?" The speaker was a centaur, her dark skin complimented perfectly by her exotic black and white striped zebras body which sat kneeling on a sort of cushion bordered on three sides as if it were an armchair. The only thing concealing her nakedness were several ornate necklaces and beaded chains which just barely served to cover her breasts. She was the centaurs representative on the council, Chief Zela Equarian.

Just then someone else spoke, "You didn't... you didn't have to do it yourself..." The king's ears swivelled towards the silver haired woman sitting halfway down the right side of the table. She was his sister Willow, she was the faunalias representative on the council ever since his own appointment as king of kings three years prior. Her clear blue eyes were wet with tears as she looked at her elder brother and he felt his heart sink. He couldn't bear to look at her any longer, he knew what she was thinking, what she would say next...

The whole time he was listening. Who was this guy really? Something told him that he wasn't whom he said he was. Then again he himself wasn't who he said he was. How would they react if they found that one he wasn't a full human, and second he was a killer? They might as well kill him! That would be lovely wouldn't it?

I find that an old nickname or the name of a close friend works best, it has to be somthing you'll respond to without having to think about it."

"False name? Sir you must be mistaken." He had used this name for years now! It had just been a while since he had spoken to anyone that wanted to hear a name is all. Heck he hardly even remembered his real name! That was a lie. He knew that well. His name was Silas, and hers Margaret. It was unlikely he would ever live to forget those names. And Kayla, how could he forget his sweet Kayla. They hadnt found her body, only a bit of her clothing and the doll she carried surrounded in a pool of blood. No now was not the time to think about them. "I wouldn't use a false name even if my life depended on it." Again a lie though he had grown accustomed to lying his way out of things. At this point it was hard enough to tell that he was lying, possibly the king himself wouldn't know it was a lie. For him it wasn't, it was mostly the truth. He had used this name so long that he was sure it was even on his wanted poster!

After listening to the centaur's explanation, Pax's attention turned back to Holly. "Kresh, eh? Mind if I join you as a tag-along? I'm not the best with maps, and traveling with others would certainly be a lot easier." She mentally slapped herself in the face immediately after asking. What was she thinking? Theses people were pretty much the definition of suspicious! Then again, her history wasn't exactly that clean, either, having indirectly caused the death of her mother and the disappearance of her father.... but still! With any luck, she thought, they would turn her down, seeing her as nothing but a freeloader.

Pax frowned a bit when Holly referred to the group as "Trouble makers", but then forgot the statement and laughed a little bit when the felis said that it would be nice to have someone less masculine around. "Let me tell you, mate" She said "If you're looking for someone to try on dresses with you or something like that, you won't find them in me." The girl seemed nice, though, and was definitely less suspicious than the other two, and Pax also figured that she probably was probably referring more to how it would be less awkward if she wasn't the only girl, so she decided to revise her statement a little bit. "I can see how traveling with just two grown men would get a little awkward, though, so I'm glad I could help you with that." She smiled slightly, but it wasn't as open and genuine as Holly's.

Eigus couldn't help but laugh. "I see. You must have been at this for quite some time then. Still though, you hesitate enough that some might be suspicious. Don't worry, I wont tell anyone you're using an alias so long as you don't go and stab me in the back for it." He gave the man a strong pat on the shoulder and laughed loudly once more. "I never would've taken you for such the comic!" With that, he gave the man a wink and stepped back into the cave to rest.
