Victoria was limp, and just cried into his shoulder, gripping his shirt as she cried

Victoria didn't say anything, just kept crying until she had no more tears left

Victor just continued to hold her, humming softly while petting her hair.. He felt so bad for her, she didn't deserve this. No one did. Not even the most horrible of people deserved this.. well, other then the freak.

He shook his head. "That was a long time ago. Now, we know we can survive. We know there are recourses."

Aaaand then Alaska walks into the room. Upon seeing Victor and Victoria, well, that just made her more mad. At both of them.

" Well, should we have just given up before we even started because maybe there was no hope? "
