Victor went off to deal with his sadness alone, but Ava stopped him to comfort him yet again. He didn't push her away, but kind of wanted to be alone.

Bailey had woken from her nap, whining softly. Her bandage was now a deep red, almost black.

Victor heard the whines, and went into his office where the dog was being kept. His eyes looked sad as he looked down at the wounded puppy. He got to his knees, and gently pet the pup. " You're going to be okay.. " He said, getting some new bandages for the small dog.
