Rose became silent, she was thinking a little. If this was growing.. did it mean that they could plant things?

Meanwhile at the base Alloy was still struggling to take care of the kind. Sniper was starting to worry about Victor.

Mav just smirked at her

Victoria also got lost in her own thoughts, but it was more like zoning out with a few things crossing her mind every now and then

Alaska had started to panic a long time ago. She was pacing around her room, saying to herself, "It's fine. Victor can take care of himself. Nothing's wrong. It's all good. He's fine..."

" What? "

Rose smiled a little now, maybe they could grow rose bushes!

Victor was horribly lost and now, he was not sure when he would even get home.

"Didn't have all that much to say, huh? That's a first."

Vicky is still zoned out, staring at the plant

Alaska is still trying to convince herself that he's fine

" no I didn't this time.. "

Rose noticed this and decided to spook Victoria by suddenly dropping something that made a loud sound.

( I want to scare Alaska xd )
Gerard found a man that looked similar to Victor near the base dead and rushed in " I found Victor- Dead! "

Maveric smiled and shook his head. "That's not really like you."

Victoria snapped out of it and yelped, just about jumping out of her skin

Alaska heard Gerard and raced out, slamming her door against the wall but not really caring. "What?!" she exclaimed. She tried to call her now revving heart, trying to slow it down

" What am I even suppose to say to something like that? "

Rose giggled, " That deep in thought? "

Gerard looked panicked. " I found a battered man near the base who looks almost exactly like Victor! Even his missing arm.. "

Maveric shrugged. "You're the one that's supposed to know everything."

Victoria's face flushed and she nodded

Alaska cursed. "Bring me to him. Please." She added the please for good measure...she needed him to take her to Victors corpse

" No one can know anything. "

" Well, you shoud still try to be aware. The zombies are more active lately.. "

Gerard nodded and brought her to the man- assumed to be Victors- corpse.

"That's why I said 'supposed'. I know that nobody knows everything."

"Yeah, I know. I just got tired and stared off into space for a little while," Victoria said

Alaska stared at the corpse, her stomach dropping to the ground. Victor was dead. "Gerard," she said in an eerily calm voice, "if this is some kind of sick joke..."
