Alaska stared at the ammo and the guns. "Woah...I have a gun, but it's only a handgun." (gtg, sorry!)

Victor:

" I am Victor friend, this here must be the prettiest lass alive. She's Alaska. The rest of us are either restin' or doing somethin' else. " He said calmly. " You don't have any wounds on you, do ya? If so I am goin' to need to check 'em out to see if they need treatment. I don't need someone dying right now. " He said with a slight wince as he stood. " Alaska and Steven have the guns 'round here. Are you hungry? I doubt I could cook but I ought to have something. "

David only grunted, and dropped two more pouches, one of which was full of MREs, the other a first aid kit.
(Also, there were no actual guns, just attachments.)

Victor:

" Oh I see you already have all you shall be needin' right there. If you do need anything else though, just find me or Maveric, we should be able to help you out. "

"I noticed some of the corpses were still gripping guns. Why didn't you take them?" David asked as he dropped the last zombie.

Victor:

" Well most of the guns they hold are broken, or have no ammo and there isn't any around. If we carried a lot of useless guns it would weigh us down and make us slower "

"Watch and learn," David said, before gathering the 'broken' guns and entirely dismantling them all. From the pieces, he was able to assemble one .45 cal pistol.

"I've got plenty of ammo, and I bet I know where the armory was here," he said, walking out of the room. In minutes he returned carrying SWAT gear, a MP5 SMG, a M4 carbines, and a SPAS-12 shotgun. He set those on the floor, then left, returning a bit later with a pack that were full of ammo and another pack full of attachments.

( I don't mean to be rude, but the main point in all of the stuff being mostly broken/useless is to add a sense of danger and urgency to how hard it is to survive. If they now have full gear and guns, it makes the danger of the zombies kind of useless, even if they run out of bullets. )

(M4s are very unreliable, a SPAS is extremely loud, and MP5s are basically automatic pistols at any kind of range, not to mention the only things with a round larger than 9 mm are the .45s and the SPAS. But, I'll make it be one M4, one MP5, one .45 pistol, and a SPAS without ammo.)

" Oh wow I had almost forgotten there would be an armory here.. I didn't think there would be anything left though. " He said as he looked over the weapons. " These will help greatly. I think all we need now is a stable base that we can stock up.. "
