Victoria had basically given up on the inside but she kept swinging at the zombies. She heard lots of gunshots and wondered what was going on
Alaska noticed that Victor was pretty worried and started to take zombies out faster

Rose was holding out hope that they would get out of this mess, and kept swinging.. till she sudden saw her brother and father as zombies and stopped dead in her tracks...
Victor decided the gun wasn't fast enough and joined Alaska with beating them down by hand. Literally. He was punching them.

"Rose, what's wrong?" Victoria asked, looking around, not seeing anyone she recognized. "Rose, we can't stop!"
Alaska went with it, kind of surprised that Victor would start punching zombies, but whatever

Rose shook it out of her mind and continued fighting, tears starting to well up in her eyes. " I-I just.. I just saw my brother and dad.. "
Victor was making a lot more progress this way amazingly, and then he spotted them. " I can see them! Over there! " He pointed to Victoria and Rose.

Alaska looked to where he pointed and saw Rose's eyes shiny as she fought her way closer to them.

Victoria nodded, trying to figure out whether she wanted to fight towards the gunshots or not. Gunshots meant humans, right?

Victor thought she was insane to do that and got distracted... he got distracted long enough to be tackled by a few zombies..
Rose looked around to find the shooter, and spotted Alaska. " Looks like I lose the bet they didn't forget us.. "
