Shadir- 51 years old- Acer

The man fell silent for a moment as he thought about what more he really could say. As he went to open his mouth though he stopped when he heard a faint whisper coming from Mahir. The man stood wuickly nearly knocking over the stool as he did. "Mahir?" Shadir said nearly breathless and he looked over the boy.
"Left..." The younger man answered in a gasping voice as he pointed to his shoe. "Salil..." The puffadore jumped on the cot and pulled at his owners left boot. Once off the puffadore took the boot to Shadir whom briskly looked in it. A note was folded and placed in one of the walls of the shoe. It could have been easily missed if you hadn't been looking for it. With a shaking hand Shadir opened the letter. "Dagon take a look at this...." It was a letter, but not just any. "They know we are here..." ******! The Templar's knew! Though this letter was written in such a way that it was like a warning, though to whom was unknown.

After filling his buckets he started on Atara's. "Sorry. I didn't mean to bring up family..." He said suddenly apologizing. He knew the she didn't like to talk about it, as did he. Everytime he meantioned his father and who his father was something bad always happened. "I meant nothing by it." All this family stuff was messing with him, making him slip up more than normal. How many times had he thought of father and mother over the trip? More than he would have wanted, too much in fact.

Dagon Hajjar - 35(m) - Acer

He looked with a kind, patient look on his face at the man. If he needs to think or wants to talk he will let him do so. When his friend stood up with a quick sudden movement he just barley avoided beeing hit by him. Quietly he let go of a sigh, looking at his friend and his son. THe puffador seemed like an odd choise as a pet for an assasin but at times size and strength is more of a burden than a asset. He knows this all to well. When told to look at the note he walked up to Shadir, taking the letter and reading it. His forehead folded in thought as he read it once more. Its clearly a warning, the question is to who, from whom. "Their eyes have been opend and their suspissions confirmed. Use caution and stay low." he mumbled for himself as he read it a third time. He honestly cant recognice the handwriting, nor where it would be from. The writing is in the most common language so either the writer knows only this one or the language is rare there the athour is from. It was to little for him to deduct anything from it. With a sigh he turned the paper around It was torn every here and there, A few drops of ink but that was it more or less. THe ink had a few corns here and there in it, showing it wasnt the best quality as it had bits and pieces of snails in them. The fact that nothing else was told y the letter anoyed him to no end to be honest.

As he apologiced to her she got a slightly confused look on her face. "Why are you apologicing?" she asked just as confused as she felt. She had not even once told him that she didnt like talking about it. She hadnt told him anything about her past really, just that she hadnt had anyone caring about her. Thats all so how did he know she didnt like to talk about it?

"What the hell could it mean?" Shadir asked sitting on the edge of the bed looking down at his child for a moment. God it had been too long since he had done something like this, the last time he had watched over Mahir like this it must have been nearly 15 years ago, when the boy had fallen from one of the rooftops and broken his arm. It had taken weeks for it to heal and the first few days it had been a nightmare. He had been in so much pain and even grew feverish before he finally started to get better. Now his father sat watching over him again as he had that night. Salil carefully lay himself next to his master watching over him as well. Mahir was out again before the letter was read. "There had to be a clue...maybe something in the way the ink slats are placed?" Shadir suggested.

"What you were talking about with Yara earlier. I forgot. Clearly though it wasn't needed." Well then that made him feel like a complete idiot. Blushing a bit he picked his own buckets up again and carried them towards the bath where they were again dumped along with the ones that had been left on to warm. Great! He had just proved that he had been easedropping on them while he had been outside. It was kinda hard not to when she had been speaking as loud as she had been, though still it was rather wrong of him to do.

He looked at shadir before looking at the pattern of drops once more. "I honestly dont find any pattern in it. THe only thing I can say is that the inc s of a lower quality, the snail shells have not been crushed enough." he said . "Numair, you have a map of this and nearby towns?" he asked after some time. If he is lucky the dots may add up to something. Not likely since it seems to random but possible atleast.

As he told her why he apologiced she got shocked enough to drop one of the buckets that spilled its water into the sand. He ... he had heard her? To be honest he was the last one that she wanted to know that. She didnt like anyone to know her backstory, her past, her nightmares. Yet now the one she wanted to know the least of it knew about as much about her as she did her self. For some time she just stared at the bucket at her feets before slowly picking it up as she closed her eyes and just hold the item before hooking the bucket up again and filling it once more. She just feelt dreadfull right now. Why ... why did he have to have heard her?! Couldnt he just have gone death or been away at the moment? In silence she took a bit of a detour to make sure she didnt leave any wet footprints to the hideout. Once sure that she wouldnt leave any traces she got back, finding that Darim was already comming back once again with some water.

"Of course." With a moments hesitation he stood and returned to the table he had been working so diligently at before Darim and them had returned. It was a large map, showing the city itself and some of the cities around it. In all honesty he wasn't sure how much help a map would be, they after all had no clue where to even start looking for Altair in the first place, let alone where he actually was at the moment. For all they knew he could be dead, killed not long after word was sent that he was still living. Then what? They would have to fight off the others themselves. Malik was atleast safe now, even if he did seem to have suffered from either a bit of head trauma. He wasn't quite himself, he seemed too joking really. Maybe it was just that he was growing older, and was starting to feel it. Hopefully that was just the case.

Darim- 23 years old- Acer

****** he had really messed up now. He didn't speak for the next ten trips he made, filling buckets, walking them back, dumping them, and starting again. By the time the bath was full he was utterly exhausted. Numair appeared then though and seeing that Dagon and Shadir were rather busy at the moment requested help from Darim. With a silent sigh he rose again from where he had been seated on his cot and took up Mahir in his arms once more. Once in the bath, Numair took to undressing and cleaning Mahir to the best of his abilities without upsetting the wound again. All in all it was rather awkward, seeing the whole while Darim was the one having to hold up the man. The sooner this was over the better....

"Thank you" he said politely before taking the map and putting the parchment above it. It was faint but he could make out the map behind it. After some time he hummed a bit. There was two cities that matched up. with the map so he sat them aside before poking a bit in the ink, getting a small piece of the snailshell out of it. But it didnt tell him anything new to be honest. "Well for some reason the dots match buildings in these two cities perfectly" he said, scratching his head. Okej, it could be a coincedence, once sure, but for them to match in two cities perfectly? Thats not just pure luck. Something must be meant behind it then. THoughtfully he reached to his side on reflex, grabbing for something or someone. But as his hand failed to find what it saught for he looked towards it before letting the hand rest in his lap while he once more looked at the maps and the parchmaent.

SHe walked her resmaining ten times in silence, her gaze lowerd towards the ground and a anxious walk as she got passt Darim. Once done she simply walked out, sitting on a rooftop and looking out over the city.*I ... I really need to get my act togeather, dont I?* she thought for her self. With a sigh she layed down on the roof, staring up at the still brightblue sky above them. In silence she raised her hainds against the sky, looking at them in silence a while before smiling tiredly. "I guess I was lucky in the end." she said as she sat up once more.

"Wait..." Then man said looking over the map. "Look at that...it's the bureau. But the other? It's pointing to nothing at all. That doesn't make any sense...." He looked at the map for a moment not aware that Malik had walked up behind them and was also studying the map.
"It makes sense, we just aren't looking at it the right way." The older man said with his hand under his chin for a moment in thought. "The best thing we can do is wait though, Mahir will know what it means seeing he was the one carrying the letter in the first place."
"We don't have that long to wait though." Shadir said flustered. What ever this was showing they sure wanted to keep it hidden. Wait... With a steady hand the man took the letter from the map taking a closer look at it. Thers was no connection to the bureau and the other place on the map, so what was it?

He stopped, looking at Shadir before the map. Well he isnt wrong about that. Once Malik spoke he almost jumped to his feet, having been deep in thoughts as to what it would have meant. A bit surpriced he looked at the man before Shadir. Silently he put a hand on his shoulder. "Shadir, you have waited loong enough for a answer, and we all need a bit of rest from the sun. I think we can wait for Mahir." he reasured his older friend. "Maby you could go for a walk, clear your mind a bit?" he sugested. WHile SHadirs mind wasnt broken or to ocupied, sitting and dwelling on a problem or situation never helps.

Maybe he was right. He just needed to rest was all...or was it? Maybe a run would help his mind get on the right track. Without answering he stood folding the map up and tucking it into his cloak before turning and leaving the bureau. Once out he took off across the rooftops heading for the tallest point. Running always helped him think. One dot had been right over the bureau but why? What if it was to say that it was a safe haven? Then what could the other point be? Another safe haven maybe? For who though?

With the bath done he helped Numair clothe Mahir before moving him back to the cot. The water wouldn't be changed this time around in the bath, after all there really wasn't that much to go around to begin with so he could rest for now. As he laid down on his own cot though he looked up. "Dagon where is Atara? Did she ever come in?" Damn it he had really messed up this time.

As shadir walked out and away he looked after his friend before smiling a bit. Well hopefully that helps him. With a tired sigh he looked around and as noone seemed to go for the bath he figured he could do that. But as he just started turning he heard Darims question. "She jst left her last buckets and went out." he explained, nodding at the exit. With that done he exused himself and locked himself in the bath for a while. As he came out he was dressed in a clean outfit and feelt a lot cleaner. If he actually was could be debated having shared water but in these types of lands you cant waste water, its more precious than gold.

After laying on the roof a while she slowly stood up, walking along its edge.Quietly she looked back towards the hideout. Should she go back to it? Well she wanted some company but wasnt sure if it was okey for her just yet.
